    Hi Finoula,
    Thanks for sharing your tips for healthy habits !
    I followed your advice and switched for matcha in the morning, and it feels so cozy now to have a light, soft hot drink with breakfast ! And setting a reset day is a good idea: I tend to feel bad when I am in the middle of my week and see something I have to do but I know will take 1hour and I don't have time. I think it will help to keep it as a note for the reset day and take it out of the "bad thoughts circle" in my mind !

      I am so happy that you liked the video! I think changing to matcha is great! That’s a habit I am still working on 🙂 I totally get what you mean when managing tasks and feeling like there is no time, so I think it’s really helpful to take a day to reset, evaluate things and see how we can improve 🤍 if there is any specific topic that you would like to see, let me know ☺️
