Reacting to My Meltdown

- Hello Everyone!
This video is slightly more candid than my previous videos, which I didn't think was possible. My meltdown wasn't as dark as I thought it would be, but I'm glad I decided to share it. I'm trying to be more honest about the struggle of acceptance, not just to myself, but to those around me. There are so many times I wish to be something that I put zero effort into being that something. It's a constant back-and-forth of acknowledgment and avoidance. I'll get the hang of it one day. For now, I just have to keep on moving forward.

I think you're the closest "representation" of how my cPTSD is. Thank you for sharing and allowing me to "mirror" how I feel. I heard some of the video you shot in Jamaica and, wow, it's like "me talking" and, man, it fucking sucks! I think I did a LOT of these videos as talking to my boyfriend saying the same exact things "I'm ruining your (partner) life" and why?? And also not showing it to them for the exact reasons you said.
We have a lot to deal with but you're brave and strong, I can see!
Wow, that’s amazing to hear. It’s crazy to even think my rambling thoughts could be something others think and feel as well. I’m still trying to wrap my head around it. Thank you for your words! I’m hoping one day to be brave enough to have this honesty with the people in my life. One step at a time! ☺️
