  • I've had my Ferrari 360 for a year, so it's time for some annual maintenance. This is the first time I've changed the oil in this car, so I'm figuring it out as I go. As expected, I make plenty of mistakes along the way. Please leave your tips and tricks in the comments so this can go smoother the next time.

Thanks for making this. Watched from start to finish and living vicariously through you. I'm coming up to 1 year of ownership and wanted to decide if I should DIY or take it to the workshop. I feel like I would have made the same mistakes, if not more.

I think mistakes are inevitable but I’m glad I did it. No shame in taking to the shop if you don’t care to do it yourself.

Thank you for these video’s Gabe! I recently bought the unpimped 360 from Dan and Josh and will be following in your footsteps on all the 360 ownership/maintenance things. Let me know if you’d like to connect to form a rookie 360 ownership support/commiseration crew 😂

I was wondering who bought it! Happy to connect as fellow rookies 😁

@@gabeorlowitzracing8273Awesome! Since there is no secure way to exchange contact info on RUclips, would you be up for asking Josh for my contact info when you guys do the live on Thursday?

Well done Gabe ol' boy! Red Line oil eh? Interesting.

Yea, it comes highly regarded as an engine and gear oil, and supposedly foams less when checking the dipstick compared to shell. Any concerns on your end? It’ll be interesting to compare oil analysis from this change to the next one (I’m not sure what EAG put in it this past oil change).

Nope. I did hear RL oil was good. I use Liqui moly. Looking forward to your vid following oil analysis.

Didn't watch all of vid but, did you remove the oil fill cap before draining oil? That may have been the reason the oil splattered everywhere when draining, it can create a vacuum when draining with the cap on.

Good tip. Yes I did. I mention it at 8:43. Just didn’t show me doing it. The oil drains the same way from that front plug in other 360 videos too. I just wasn’t adequately prepared.
