  • With the planet still picking up the pieces from the invasion of Brainiac & later, because of the further illegal actions of Nick Fury leading to civilian casualties & collateral damage, Lex Luthor, as the president of the United States assembles with the United Nations, issuing political pressure needed to install a system of accountability upon the Avengers, Justice League, & the rest of the superhuman/vigilante society across the world. While there are those who oppose this new law in hopes of starting a rebellion, there are some who disagree & believe in the needed oversight - causing everyone to choose a side. A Civil War ensued.

I’m just letting you know. I like Robert Pattinsons Batman and the movie but Ben Affleck is a better Batman and way more comic and Arkham Game accurate. The movie we got and all the comic like tributes were originally Afflecks ideas and his movie.

Heavily disagree with you on Ben Affleck. Moreover, Ben's films was completely scrapped. It's all Matt Reeves.

@@AssembleAA What do you mean it's all Matt Reeves? I know he wrote the script and directed the movie but he took ideas Ben Affleck already had in his script that he had read and selfishly passed and put in his movie and just amped it up higher. Remember Afflecks movie was greenlighted in 2014. He was already planning and talking about what he wanted to do. The comics, the Arham video games, and characters he wanted to incorporate. The reason why his film was scrapped because the dumbass WB executive who got fired 2 weeks ago said it was too dark? REALLY?

@@ClaytonPZ Ben Affleck's was entirely different & wasn't going to incorporate the games. It wasn't even going to be a detective films. It was scrapted because of the Snyder situation.
This "The Batman" from Matt Reeves would've been the better film in the long run. Ben Affleck is not a good representation of the Batman character - which is why I'm not using him in my fanmade project.

@@AssembleAA Listen to me Assemble A. You seem like a nice guy but this is my field. I have been studying in this type of stuff for YEARS. I have actual sources in both DC and Marvel and always get TOP of the line credible source information. Ben Affleck and the Argo writer did not base The Batman off any specific comics. After Affleck stepped down as director because of Justice League 2017 reshoots with WB and Joss Whedon fucking everything up it was supposed to be a narated film by Affleck on a younger Batman with Robin, obviously that changed. From the get go, they saw the first teaser for Arkham Origins with Batman fighting Deathstroke and wanted that to be the main premise of the movie along with elements of Arkham Asylum having Batman be there for majority of the movie, that's where the detective norir elements come in. Not as much as Reeves put in his script but at the time it would've been more than any other Batman film. Ben Affleck had a script, fully written and done but yes Warner Bros were dumb enough to scrap his script because it followed Snyders story plan as it should have. If Warner Brothers had let Snyder do his 5 part JL story along with the other DCEU slate then have Flashpoint with Jefferey Dean Morgan, they would've been able to have Goeff Johns play in his sandbox after Snyder was done, then DC wouldn't have been in this mess. Just becuase your movies aren't big blockbusters raking in money and there just supporting fans and comics doesn't mean you have to cancel them out and do It your way. That's all Warner Brothers are, they are greedy and they only care about money and not the fans which is why Discovery got rid of the board members and Walter Hamada will be out of there soon, and David Zaslav will bring DC back to where it needs to be and most likely getting Snyder back.
