@@Kpop-anime-life try stretching before and after the workout and if you plan on doing it for longer than a week you should definetely add rest days too! Also always remember to drink enough water i hope it'll get better, you can do it!! 💪
It's my 5th day of doing this workout, and I have to say some things. 1st: when doing the jump squads, le Sserafim mentioned you have to hold your ears. 2nd: when doing the plank carwl, I recommend not to, crawl and then stand, like...just crawl without straightening your torso. It helps you so you don't get dizzy (I'm talking from experience) Also I need to say that, once yall do day one, you'll notice that day 2 will be much easier and will take you less time to do the workout. For example my day 1 was like, 50 minutes because the burpees killed me, but now in day 5 it took me 17 minutes. Anyways you did very good girl! Love your courage and determination to do the workout! Bb!
I feel that this comment is true, this video came out recommended and gave me more for my motivation, today was day two. It took me between 15/20 minutes when the first day it took me 47 minutes, but the burpees killed me.

I did half of the work out 10 minutes ago but had to stop because I felt sick and now am on my bed wanting to throw up, important to note to not push yourself too much right away if you don’t work out on a regular basis/ don’t work out because your body is not used to this (lesson learned the hard way) instead take breaks when necessary and STOP if you’re not feeling good
If your struggling than start one day with 25, than 50, than 75, than 100! You can take a few days for each but it helped and now I can do 100 comfortably
doing this workout everyday till school starts bcuz i need to lose weight. (im 13 don't come at me for skipping a few-) Day 1 : I completed everything except 2 sets of burpees. I AM SWEATING BAD AND MY FACE IS RED AF. I hope it gets better on the other days. Also I completed this in 40 minutes.
It helped me a lot! Like I tried it to lose weight I started with 65 and ended 55 just practicing for two weeks this workout is the biggest hear me out in the world trust me .
Today was my day 3 and I’ll say that the burpees get better but not by much you have to be patient and this workout won’t get u slim you have to go on a calorie deficit and all that but I completely recommend it’s amazing so far

some tips 1_don't go on a diet because if you back eating normal you ganna get fatter 2_eat as you need 3_ play sport or dance on song 4_ people say that eating chocolate make you a bit skinny (don't eat a lot Because sweet causes pimples) 5_ Remember that you are beautiful in every way ❤
coming from someone who's fat but has lost a lot of weight over the last 2 years (I lost around 40kg overall, going from obese to the lower end of overweight), you can't just get a 'flat stomach' from doing any sort of workout, because you can't spot reduce fat (aka pick and choose where you want to lose fat), you need to prioritise cardio so that you lose weight all over your body and pair it with some strength training to tone your muscles (so you don't get that 'skinny fat' look). Diet is also 80% of the key to weight loss and the other 20% is exercise so eating healthy is key. Hope that helps

I did it for i don't know how long but probably 1-2months straight with like 3-4 days off in between in 2nd month, I'm gonna say the workout is really good it does make u feel good about yourself for me personaly when i did it for the first day it took me 30min and i felt dizzy and horrible after burpees but once i got the habit it became a little easier and it took about 28 - 24 mins in terms of weight loss i started to feel little difference after day 5 and when u do it constantly it does maintain ur weight , its not that bad if u challenge yourself I'm still doing it after such a long break and this time I'm gonna do it with dance and some more extra exercises like LESSERFRIM abs workout and a few more vedios
Okay, like the second day was just as hard as the first one 😅 but still took me less time... and while everyone are saying that burpies are the most difficult part, the absolute killer for me was plank up & downs... like my hand were NOT ready, especially left one... and the strange thing is: my abs are not sore, but hands are dead... is it just i have weaker arms or I'm doing something wrong?
I'll start with small portions of every exercise while I get used to moving again. Then I'll try to make them complete and turn them into my new religion. If it works for me I'll be back to share results 😊
gurl - i only did the jumping jacks,burpees and jump squats then died. and yes in the next morning my body felt sore and only cured after atleast 3 days,i could't even walk on the stairs
For all the begginers ik that burpees makes you feel like you are dyieng so if you are just beggining with this workout i reccomend you to do low impact burpees means that you do the burpees in a slow way if you need to start the first week doing half of the exercise so instead of 100 burpees you do 50 and like that with the others exercise bye good luck ( sorry about my spelling im not fluent on english)

I reccomend doing the 4 step burpees, they're just as effective with the right form (for anybody who wants to attempt this challenge)
