    hey boo started 125 pounds I’m 5’1 14 yr old girl & im not fat but I’m not skinny I’m more chubby I have curves and my stomach is flat when I stand up but rolls when I sit down I did this for a week but a softer version and by day 6 I already saw results. No ab workouts work for me so the cardio in this is amazing I also have a wider rib cage but it helped a lot , I now weigh 130 pounds but it’s from muscle too because I’ve been eating HIGH in protein my stomach is flatter I have a defined hrglass shape and will continue to do this until I have my dream body (Yw)

    Oh and btww, i tried the workout, but it was too much for me, so i changed it a bit. can anyone tell me if its better or worse or if i need to add something, this is my version: ⦁ 10 burpees ⦁ 10 jump squads ⦁ 100 jumping jacks ⦁ 35 russian twists ⦁ 5 plank up and down ⦁ 20 plank twists ⦁ 15 crunches ⦁ 1-2 min plank ⦁ 10 leg lifts ⦁ 20 heel touches ⦁ 10 sit ups

    I did half of the work out 10 minutes ago but had to stop because I felt sick and now am on my bed wanting to throw up, important to note to not push yourself too much right away if you don’t work out on a regular basis/ don’t work out because your body is not used to this (lesson learned the hard way) instead take breaks when necessary and STOP if you’re not feeling good
