hi sir , me and my husband came in the uk on 2021 with eu settlement scheme family permit to join my little son (22) , my older son (26) has recently got Italian passport and joined us in uk , but we don't know how to make him stay and apply for pre-settlement as we don't match lot of criteria , please let me know if you have more insight about this situation,and the possible resolution for my son

Hello sir, im an italian National and i wanted to apply into a university and they’re fees are so high for overseas and i read on a university website that if you’re a European, there is possibility for “home fees” which is regarding to settlement, that I didn’t understand. If you are living in the UK and have settle status then you can have less fee (as of British Citizen)

I have a friend who is living in the UK Since 2008 but he become overstayed in 2016. In 2019 he claimed asylum and got married go an EU national. Now it's been 3.5 years he has got eu pre-settle status. Is he eligible for settle status/ILR OR doesn't he need to complete his 5 years residency in order to get his settle status/ILR ?

After brexit there is no difference between European and other nationality people , you need to apply spouse visa
