  • In this video, I have explained the difficulty related to the settlement of parents in the UK for International doctors. The visa process for dependant parents is extremely complex and will require the expertise of experienced immigration solicitors.
The details about the visa application is available at the following link:

Thank you for the informative video
I’m working full time in the uk on tier 2 visa it’s benn two years i haven’t seen my parents in 3 years because I’m working 24 hours as a live in carer My client is vulnerable and can’t get better care than me so I want to sponsor my parents in the uk do you have any information ? What process do I need?

    • @SumanPaulDoc

As u mentioned in the video , this will be very difficult. Also being a live in carer, you will need a separate accommodation for your parents. Visitor visa is the easiest option. For dependant visa please consult a solicitor.

They can apply as soon as you have an accommodation and job in the uk. Roughly after 2-3mnths. Strictly speaking you don't really need to be in uk for your parents to apply for visit visa but having your own accommodation is really helpful so that you can act as a sponsor for your parents

PLAB is good enough to secure a job at SHO level. But middle grade jobs/registrar jobs require MRCP usually.MRCP is 3 step exam so might not save you a lot of time compared to PLAB.If you have some years of experience and you want to apply for middle grade jobs then MRCP is more appropriate.
