@@nadimanjum7878You need to apply for short stay visas for family members of EU citizens (EUTR) this visa can take up to 12 months depending if the embassy decides to send your application to Dublin Immigration Service Delivery office for approval.
Since you are in Romania, easiest is use your residence card to get residence in Bulgaria or another nearby EU country and then use the residence card they will give you there to travel to Ireland visa free. It doesn't matter how long you stayed in Ireland. The residence card will be Residence card for family memeber of EU/EEA citizen and it valid for entry to all EU/EEA countries.
Another warning, there is a problem with apartments,transportation, Ireland is very expensive, salaries are low and the country is below western standard so prepare well.

As per your video they can first apply c visa and then after reaching to Ireland they can submit application for residence card. There is no salary or house requirements. Criteria is that you have to demonstrate that you are not getting benefits from Govt and earn enough to financially support your Dependents.

@@usmanali319You do not need to demonstrate you have enough to support your parents. You need to prove your parents are dependant on you by bank or money transfers, medical bills, rent bills or if they are ill and dont have anyone there to support their daily activities.
They need to apply for short stay visa (EUTR visa) as dependant relative of EU citizen or their spouses.

@@agnelopereira9167It depends on your application. If yours was sent to Dublin by the embassy for additional review and approval it will take up to 12 months, if not it will take 1-6 months.
If you haven't heard from them for 6 months you need to contact the embassy or let your spouse contact the Immigration service delivery EU treaty rights division for update.
If there is no reasonable explanations, contact and complain to Ireland Solvit.
