I’ve gone completely no contact with him after he dumped me. I only asked for my boundaries to be respected, and he couldn’t-hence the break up. Had a real wobble, but stayed true and will stay in no contact to heal myself. I’m pushing him away and I feel my detachment from him. I said goodbye by text and left it there. Nearly 3 weeks in, and I’m going to work on myself for the next 4 months. I will then be ready to date again.

@@marcc4878 Well... a lot happened. Firstly, I never ended up deleting her. She came back to me briefly for a week and then went back to the same guy. I sent her a couple of messages and went no contact for nearly three months. Something out of our control made us contact each other again recently and now I'm starting no contact again. We are still good friends, but she is with the same guy and happy. I have started speaking to someone else and hoping it leads somewhere. I still have feelings for her, but it feels like I can definitely try and move on now.

Not true. I'm ripped and have 6 fig income.... Great advice I tried the no contact within three days she called me twice, once in the morning and the other at 4. I know she loves me but she needs to work on herself, but at the same time I work on me. She knows it. We will be fine but the break is what was needed and I am glad she broke up with me . Her ex bf crawled after her writing multi page letters to her while me and her were together and she has gone back to him. I pushed my ex away while we talked the last night that we did. I wont even say her name anymore, I used to however, I made a pact with myself if i say her name i have to do 40 push ups on top of what i do already. @@marcc4878 Well... a lot happened. Firstly, I never ended up deleting her. She came back to me briefly for a week and then went back to the same guy. I sent her a couple of messages and went no contact for nearly three months. Something out of our control made us contact each other again recently and now I'm starting no contact again. We are still good friends, but she is with the same guy and happy. I have started speaking to someone else and hoping it leads somewhere. I still have feelings for her, but it feels like I can definitely try and move on now.

Great advice I tried the no contact within three days she called me twice, once in the morning and the other at 4. I know she loves me but she needs to work on herself, but at the same time I work on me. She knows it. We will be fine but the break is what was needed and I am glad she broke up with me . I have a pretty high success rate when going no contact. This is the first time I’ve gone no contact and haven’t heard back. Her ex bf crawled after her writing multi page letters to her while me and her were together and she has gone back to him. We are on a break right now with no contact. Other than the dog we share and to get some of my stuff. I have not moved out yet completely as this happened 3 days ago. He has taken me for granted. 1.5 months of partial no contact. We would contact each other here and there and told I text her to meet up to fix things and she basically said there was no point in meeting up to fix things I simply reply to this with a okay and deleted the text message thread. I pushed my ex away while we talked the last night that we did. I wont even say her name anymore, I used to however, I made a pact with myself if i say her name i have to do 40 push ups on top of what i do already. I havent said her name because doing over 100 push ups a day in sets only adding to that with more push ups I'll be over doing it which will do harm rather then benefit what I'm doing.

But what if my ex is the possible father of my child? I want him back because I still love him and miss him but he still feels he is “ in power” but denys the child is his. I was in no contact and now he reached out last night just to tell me he is not the father, and ask who the other guy is ( other possible father), who im having sex with and why then asks me for sex💀.
