As hard as it is, and boy its hard, the guy suffers so differently, it hits deep but that's when you dig deep, you go no contact, resist all temptations and the emotional urge to reach out, because you miss her. Instead give space, for her but more importantly, for you. Build YOU. If it's meant to be, the universe will work with you. I'm went 20 weeks of no contact from the love of my life, well what I believed, so its hard.
Interestingly. I just stopped counting after 4 plus months. No such thing as No Contact at that stage, its more a case of letting it go, them, the feelings, the potential. Life moves on and so will you.

Once a person leaves, please don't go back. It's only a matter of time before you deal with the same crap. Heal and let go. Understand that a person that truly ever loved you would not make you feel unwanted and tell you to communicate only to ignore your needs. You can do better. It's better to be single. I tried to give 2 exes 2nd chances and even after that....a friendship that they requested. A person treats you how they feel about you. You don't hurt people and tell them to suppress their feelings. You simply stop hurting them. Even if they come back, don't take them back. Forgive yourself and know that you only retaliated to UTTERLY DISRESPECT. Take the trash out. Chase yourself and God. God doesn't send you a person to lie to you. God is not a God of chaos and deceit.
Edit: I'm only saying this for y'all to avoid a deadend. But do whatever you see fit. There is no need to insult me because you decide to still go back to your ex. Again, I've gone through this stuff many times and just want better for others, but it's your life.

Yes, I feel I was very naive about what people do when they come back. I opened the door to a "friend" who came back, only for them to say "I just want sex" even though they pursued me both times. Did kena favor though because I was able to face my trauma wounds and find myself.
@@alchemicalsoul right. When they come and say they'd like to be friends, that actually just means that they'd like permission to hit you up if they need someone who they're used to having sex with. But they never cared about being a friend in the relationship for a better and stronger relationship. You are dating for marriage and purpose. If you need a friend, you have no trouble finding one. It's nothing but manipulation, and for you to still suffer in confusion while they still get the same love and joy from you that they experienced in the relationship with you, without them giving you one.

Update: Im now 14 weeks of NC. The first 4-6 weeks were so tough and honestly, i thought about her non-stop, hoped she might reach out but so far nothing then last week on a night out I met a stunning, funny girl, been out twice with her. Now at the start of the break-up nothing like this entered my mind, I thought Id be single and alone, wouldn't meet anyone anytime soon, and now I have. Just goes to show, life does move on and NC helped me get back to the man I was, and I'm looking forward to getting to know this new girl.
Morale of my story. As dark and low I got in those initial phases of NC are, they are not for her, they were for me. I thought vanishing would make her miss me, when in-fact it helped me to move on.

@@faithing88 That was way back ffs. Moment in time I wrote it that was 8 weeks. Relationship was done in September and who waits 4 months. Life moves on, she could be in love again, as much as that sucks you have to accept it.

It’s hard to accept but they will never be back, even if they come back. The best thing you can do is to work on yourself for you. Self love! It took me over 30 years to learn self love.

Actually I had my ex back, but 99% of the time they will not be the same . Once they dumped you the first time the attraction is gone . Most of the time when the come because they think the grass was greener on the other side. They will come back for something familiar to avoid been lonely. Then will eventually go back out and leave you again .

This is by far one of the best ‘get your ex back videos out there. I’ve watched the ‘write a letter’, ‘how to send the perfect text videos’ but none of them fit my ex’s personality. She needs to come back on her own terms. Ran in to my ex at my best friend’s club I frequently go to this past weekend on his birthday, while I was on my 4th week of no contact. She joined our table, didn’t even bother to go look around the club or go dance, etc. Followed me and my friends to go eat after, sent her home at 6 am. She immediately msged me saying she was ‘surprised’ to see me but had a great time, and also assured me she got home safe. I acted cool, and told her it was the same. Going into no contact again though, becuz I don’t want to seem like I’ve been waiting for this moment. This video really affirms my decision. Only thing I could really do, is improve myself.

My ex dumped me 2 months ago after 4 years of relationship. I later found out after 2 weeks she was already talking to someone new. I was so hurt because I was inlove with her and did everything a good bf would do but I guess that wasn’t enough. Fast forward to present day she texted me 2 days ago saying that she wanted to know how I was doing and that she missed me and the relationship but yet she is still with the person. So I asked why she is telling me this and she is still with a person that she hasn’t left or plan on leaving she said she doesn’t know and that she felt like she dug herself in a hole because she misses me. I told her that she shouldn’t have texted me telling me this while im healing knowing that she not doing anything to fix an issue and told her to go enjoy her life.
That was selfish of her. How did it work out? I suspect my ex (broke up 1week ago) may be reaching out to a prior ex GF. He asked for our breakup but I knew she was visiting him at his place.

I very close situation on me. I long distance relationship, texting, video calling and voi e calling all the way. We had a age gap, she is a student in medical university. Doing sports, pole dance, very lean and butiful I'm not shure but even never was touched by a man. I came to here it was perfect 9 days, but the only one serious problem, she have a mother with overprotection and extremely manipulative and toxic. With cries on a phone and screaming she said to her to break up, we decided to act but not real, then day after a leave her and went to my home, she was crying 2 days after that I leave and she was always in love, day after I leave she took tikects to my town, and next day she called me and do break up. I was in total shock, can't understand why, ofc it's mother here and her close friend brainwashed her. Since then no contact, about tho weeks, she said I'll never text you or call afaind and we should break up much earlier before I went to her. The trauma I get I never experienced, I still in shock how an adult girl was in cry that I leave her and was institute love, just in 2 days became absolute different person. No contact for good, still love her. But even if we still were in relationship she's crazy overprotective mother who treating her like a very close friend ruined our relationship, it's a matter of time. No contact and forget, no chances to reunite while shes until she in separation with mother 😂

I managed to secure the house in my name, acted quickly. Even though I was so broken hearted. Didn't see it coming. I knew I wasn't going to loose the house over another woman. I went no contact after 6 months.

Received the breadcrumbs after no contact, kept it light but we really need to talk about what went wrong and I always wanted to. He would shut me out and didn’t want to face those challenges. My ex txt me after 3 days of breaking up with me txt me thinking that I blocked her on WhatsApp saying if I don’t care about her anymore.. Something that I find really intriguing coz she was the one who dumped me…
After that she saying that she wants to get back together but that she needs sometime. Implying that she needs to work on certain things that I strongly think she should.
But I did mention that I will not be around after a month. That if she’s not ready I wouldn’t mind but I will not stay more than that. And if he is anxious and introverted, really and not just making it up, then why is he putting it in past tense, when using those words? Also, I am saying that all girls are like this, and he’s admitting that he’s been seeing someone else and things probably did not end with her very well either and she probably had very similar complaints in the few days or weeks that he probably tried to lovebomb her and build his ego off of her interest, him, saying that he sure you’re totally over him, that actually, is a test, he’s expecting a response, you saying that you’re not over him, and that you like to get back together, do not give him that response do not give him any response, because he is going to unblock you he’s going to contact you again, he’s doing what it’s called breadcrumbing, he’s trying to rebuild his self-esteem and ego as what it sounds like, because he went out and tried to find someone to replace you, and he simply couldn’t. studies state that 30% come back. mostly they come back within the first 6 month. in case nothing happens in these 6 month, you shouldnt expect them to come back. But there are some cases, where exes come back years later... but who actually wants that, I always wounder?

I'm not sure if getting back together with an ex is a good idea. When we broke up the first time, i tried convincing him. When he was adamant, i agreed and went NC. I had no hope of him coming back (He's very stubborn). He returned after 2 and half months of not seeing e/o. He texted me few times during NC. I thought the break was necessary because our connection felt stronger post reconnection. We started talking about a future together. Then 2 months later he left me again. Tried convincing him again after giving him some space (a week and 3 weeks). This time his behaviour was worse (so was mine). Though i still have feelings for him, I'm not sure if i can handle being treated that way again and again.

Thank you for such great content . I am feeling very confused and hopeless at the moment . I was all the things you described kind support fun etc .. he left without even wanting to talk or work on anything just gone … I left him alone dod NC for 4 months other than to reach out to get my belongings back . We were together 2 years . Yesterday he returned my things and said he didn’t miss me or think about me during this time and that when he looks at me he feels nothing … said he can wish me well from a distance . Would you not consider this situation prett dire or is there anything I can do at this point . Feeling heartbroken to be honest

first mistake was being friends after the breakup, always decline friendship or else you’ll just be a back up plan . Also he can’t miss what never left .

The fact of the matter I''m not of use to my narc anymore because he wants more children snd he lost all his kids to the system except ours who are teens . Ive def messed up. Its been month since breakup, been 2 weeks since she would respond. Since then not heard a word back. Not sure if even received anything ive sent. I recently had an epiphany and i wanted to share it with you coach,and the chat. maybe you have something to add or an advice for me which would be awesome btw...
maybe instead of waiting around for my ex to go through stages and come to her senses hoping she would come back or want me back,or maybe sit around and think of a strategy for when i finally break no contact,maybe it's best to just try my best to move on! for example specifically in my case,if my ex had such a massive ego, that she thinks even after she tossed me aside and broke up with me, even after i told her how heartbroken I was, and she just didn't care, if after all that she expects ME to fix what she broke, or she expects me to keep up with her and keep her in my heart, and wait for her even though she is the one who left, then that's just completely out of line and out of touch! sorry if my english isn't good enough it's not my native language
@MercyGrace-ft7ro thanks, but i'm pretty sure you didn't read my comment completely,or correctly. first of all I follow coach blac so I do have a coach, and secondly, I don't want my ex back anymore! at first i was really hurt and heartbroken, but after a while I rediscovered my own self respect and self worth, and I remembered all the times that I considered breaking up with my ex, but I stayed because I cared and I tried to fix it,but she didn't do the same for me or for our relationship. and i'm done trying to fix it. i'm a doctor with a bright future and a brilliant mind, i was a good boyfriend, i was loyal and dependable, i was strong and i provided for her and she just left! so i'm not gonna give her a 10th chance! and i'm trying to move on now, so if you have any advice for moving on, i'm all ears
