You should have put all quadratic diffusors against the rear wall, otherwise you're confusing the sound field. Mixing quadratic diffusors with anything else just confuses the rear wall reflections.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but all of the gear in the room creates a lot of spurious reflections. It's better to have a room that has proper treatment and remove as much "gear" as possible.
You didn't have proper absorption to deal with the lower frequencies below 100hz.
