Thanks to your inspiration, I made my first batch of soap. It was just the very basic beginner cold pressed recipe. Tallow, olive oil and coconut oil. Then mixed lye into water. I was quite surprised on how hot the water lye mixture reached. I did add a very little cedarwood and geranium essential oil. I'm not into overwhelming scents. It smells so clean. I can wait to try it out. It's been curing for 2 weeks now. Thank you. 🌻👋 Love your channel.
the quality of your videos, the editing, the presentation, the color of the soaps, are just everything and so so inspirational. I love the naturalness of everything you source to put into the soaps. These videos are everything, please dont stop making them. Do you have one for turmeric soap?
After a hard day at work. Came home and watched your soap making. Makes me relax, and want to make soap, but that’s for the weekend 😉🌴 thanks for sharing your knowledge. ⭐️
encontre este video por primera vez y estoy asombrada, muchas gracias.... ES EL MEJOR VIDEO QUE E VISTO QUE EL RESTO DE LOS OTROS VIDEOS DE JABON...... SE BE ESPECTACULAR. so bautifoul and is adelicious color's, THE VIDEO IS A VERY VERY VERY GOOD THANKS
Absolutely beautiful soap. Cream is a bonus! Do you have a recipe for a super moisturizing bar for aging skin. Lanolin seems to be good. Turning 60 soon!
Fabulous colour obtained with added TD. Perfect for lavender soap. The cream look luxurious too. And the flowers at the end what a slice of heaven you live in. Always perfection in your videos. Thank you
Always love your soaping technique so calming and interesting to watch. Tried your lavender soap, I added a bit of kaolin clay to mine it came out beautifully. Thank you, keep doing what you do
Alkanet is one of my favorites for purple. I find it needs to be infused though for several weeks but then you can get that light pastel purple without adding synthetics like TD.
Hi, your fine detailed videos are very helpful and I'm learning something new from every single video I'm watching in this channel. It's almost impossible for me to treat you to some tasty meal as I live far way. So, for now only these🥞🍖🍲🍧😋
Really interesting videos without any words really soothing to eyes beautiful soap going to try it always a special soap teacher really loving and taking some inspiration from you sister 🥰
that was a beautiful video i really loved the calming cream. god bless you sarah sorry if i spelled it rong but again thankyou so much for the good video.
Gorgeous! Just a quick question- when you infused the olive oil you used 250g, but only used 204g in the actual soap. Did you have some left over that you just didn’t use, or did the amount of oil you got go down because of waste when you strained the oil out? Sorry, such a specific question I know 😅
Hi ! This is a great video thanks 🙏 but im new to this soap making industry can you please tell me why did you use alkanet ? Is it for the color? And is the mica powers harmful?
Dear Tellervo I have question why you use distilled water more than soapcalc estimate 33g from 123g to 156g, So in clip cucumber soap too thank you so much for answer 🥰😍 🙏🙏
Hey Tellervo hyd? Love your recipe looks so soothing and calming can't wait to give it a try on my end. I have a question about the mitre box and soap cutter you use, i went on Cafe de Savon website it's really hard to navigate the language is written in Japanese i kept scrolling on Google until i happened upon both tools unfortunately the only option for payment is through Amazon Pay after creating a separate account i found out that option is not available outside of the US so having explained my dilemma do you have another vendor to suggest where i can purchase the above mentioned items? I will await your response. Enjoy the rest of your day!!😊
Awesome🤗 I ordered the cutter quite a few years ago and i don't know of any other vendors. I would recommend contacting their customer service if you want to make a purchase!
Hello I love watching your videos and want to start my own soap business can you please tell me where you got your scale from and also do you have a video on the importance of measuring the ingredients and why it’s needed
Hi i am from pakistan and watched almost every video and inspired so that i have decided to make it in my country. So as I learnt from you. You are my teacher. Just tell me how i get hard copy of your wonders book of receipies. Please replay me
Hi I have been following your page and ur videos are amazing 🤩. Watching them feels like I want to try making soaps too 😊. Just wanted to know why you put it in the oven instead of keeping it for 6 weeks for the lye solution to settle ?
Wonderful videos. Can you tell me what the citric acid does? I am new to soap making and learning what all the components contribute to the end product TIA.
Thank you, could I ask you a question? I run the quantity of your oils and butters on the soap calc, they needed les sodium hydroide than what you used in your recipe, why?
Thank you for the content. When you state, "adjusted lye for citric acid", what are you referring to? Do you omit the amount of lye that is equal to the amount of citric acid added?

I need to be more patient😁
I did that for almost a month still got this greyish shade
A month okay, I need things to do in the winter months
I was thinking to adding less colorant, k
@@joyaghosh2940 you need a stronger infusion rate. Try 30g alkanet per 500 grams oil
I would like to see..mine soon.. hopefully my soap turn well as yours. Thanks for inspired me❤
I hope it turns out🤗
Wowed never mind on my question you showed all of the luxurious bubbles beautiful

Thank you! I made the infusion with 250 g oil to make sure i would have enough for the recipe which called for 204 grams🙂
Nice, in cold process oils must be cold? And lye also?
Beautiful as always.❤ Thank you for your time and skill.

Thank you☺️ i think she does hehe
Beautiful process. Thank you for sharing. Where do your soap score on bubble ratio using SoCal? Just wondering if they’re low ion suds?
Dear Tellervo I have question why you use distilled water more than soapcalc estimate 33g from 123g to 156g, So in clip cucumber soap too thank you so much for answer 🥰😍 🙏🙏

Hi I have been following your page and ur videos are amazing 🤩. Watching them feels like I want to try making soaps too 😊. Just wanted to know why you put it in the oven instead of keeping it for 6 weeks for the lye solution to settle ?
Thank you so much🤗 i put it in the oven to try to force gel and after that the cure time is still 4-6 weeks!
@@tellervo. ohhh I thought that’s about it .. 😊 that 4 to 6 weeks is a must then looks like . Thank you for the reply though. Take care .

Thank you! I don’t use the most expensive ones🙂 i think my favorite is lime!

Thanks for you, what is alkanet root?
What is the alternative for olive oil and fresh lavender
Beautiful video
Thank you!

🐶🥰
Hello
What can I put if dont have alkanet powder? ❤❤❤❤
You can use any purple colorant thay you want🤗
Can. You tell what emulsifying wax you put in cream
Telervo i got mixed feelings about TD😢
.i made some research and dont seem a good thing to use TD in a soap..what you think about this?
I understand if you don't want to use it, it might not be the best but personally i'm okay with small amounts🙂
Thank you 🌹
What can I use for the powder alternative
Hi, Sara. How long would a bar of soap last using it for showering once a day?
Hmm maybe a month or longer🤔
Do we have to use sodium hydroxide and citric acid to make soap?
Sodium hydroxide is required for saponification to take place🙂
Good job❤️
I would love to see you make a liquid soap, please.
please, can the emulsifying wax be replaced with BTMS 50? well thank you
Hello. . Is the soap for hands and body or for the face?
Hands and body☺️
It is possible to use rosemary instead of lavander?
Sure☺️
...I can tell your summer is warm, you're pouring the coconut oil rather than scooping it :)
Hehe yes😊
