    Hello Olivier,
You should be mindful about sound editing, sound is only coming from the left channel, no sound comes from the right channel. Its really sad for such quality content. I've noticed it for a few other videos but it's inconsistent. Anyway your videos are super valuable and well explained, and helped me understand the roots of my neck pain ! 🙂

Hell... but your message helped me identify a setting that I never suspected! Thank you very much, this should be fixed in the next videos!!

Thank you much for all your advise. You are such a professional and your videos are helping me in managing pain. I recently started weight training at the gym with weights and weights machines for trapezius, shoulders and upper back. Are these good for easing chronic neck, trapezius and upper back pain? If so, how many times a week do you recommend? I keep more I'm pain now that i am doing these strength exercises.

Hey Carolina... thank you for the kind words! I'm very nervous when it comes to neck strengthening exercises, as I explain here: ruclips.net/video/doIXqX5kyaM/видео.html. Watch the video and tell me what you think of it ;) ...

Hey Oliver, my left shoulder blade is kind of unstable which causes a lot of weird positioning/pain for the whole left arm.
The right shoulder is perfect and feels attached to my back but the left feels like its floating over instead of being attached. I am in pain and none of the doctors I have reached out to have addressed this.
