nah is actually bad since 10.0 is a spam for strike aircraft with all aspect 30g missiles, and your radar wont lock on anything flying low, like 99% of people do, so this plane only depends of how lucky your are, and honestly there is waaaaaaay better option like F5E or F8E
I think f104s are more fuck it we ballin than f4c -no countermeasures -not really even that fast (mig21s can and will catch up to you) -cant turn for shit except at a very specific speed that will drain you -the more lower br ones dont get very good missiles You'll be ballin until you meet a mig21

It shine the most in CAS, I have bring my 3.7 p47 to 6.0 and still get 2-3 kills every bombing run. For fighter I think it overated tho. Boomong and zooming but leaking too much speed but still, its fast so it can out run most threads.
The P-47 is my favorite plane ever. In real life that is. It literally shredded everything and was a great Air-ground attack plane. They were also used for most of the war as B-17 escorts until the P-51 came along.

I’m biased since I’ve made purchases for the game and probably will for a while, not crazy though just topping up on yearly premium for $20 when it’s on one of the many sales.

Expect if that prop is a T-152. Both C and H variants will most likely always have the attitude advantage over you due to their air spawn and if they decide to dive on you, there's nothing you can do other than watching slowly but surely catching up to you
Currently using (and spaded) The F-86 A5.. What i have to say its how insanely good is it, The agility feels increidble and even agaisnt jets who win me in basically everything (Like the Mig-15) outside the agility, really you can just dodge their bullets and wait for them to overshoot you, The .50 calls even tho most of your enemies carry 20mm guns, They still pack a punch even in head ons (And if the enemy its stupid enough to not dodge them) you can pretty much snipe them.. Overall points for me on the F86: 10/10
I love the Hispano 20mm P51, im a ground main and my friend wanted to go to 12.0 or something to grind air and I didnt wanna play alone so I just went in my little P51, final score was: 3 kills 1 assist 2 AI kills 4 Deaths About 8 or 9 matches.
The P-47 is a flying muscle car mixed with a munitions plant. Can it dogfight like the P-51? Nope. Can it rip and tear like the Doomslayer while shrugging off hits that would crash a P-51? You're damn right!
I do not have that experience with the P-36. Just the experience of being out-turned by everything and not having the speed retention to climb beyond 500 feet off the ground.

It's not great, of course; But it has BVR capabilities and a very fast top speed for 10.0, Which allows it to pick its fights. Remember, you are flying an F-4 Phantom. You are a missile bus. Play like a missile bus. You are not flying a bomber. Do not play like a bomber. "But bombing bases gives more rp and sl" No, it does not. If you play your missile fighter the way you should play any other missile fighter and actually kill enemies, you will get more RP and more SL than if you were bombing. 1 kill and 1 assist gives about the same points as bombing 1 base, and it is also a lot more helpful to the team than if you were bombing. Also your RP gain increases exponentially with every follow up kill until you reach the 100% bonus with your 4th kill. Just. Kill. The enemy.
I feel like the P-51s are great if you know what you're doing, but the play style required to use them properly won't be intuitive to less experienced players.
P51 with 20mm and MEC is ez best when you know that way of the pest is the best. Just keep your speed over 400kph and zoom around. You can comfortably go 500kph when average speed of your enemy is 350kph. All you need is to control your radiator. Sadly rest of the mustangs cannot do it due to bad implementation of auto-prop (as it's only on allison engine while merlin/Packard gets shafted out of auto-prop-pitch even on K variant that used same prop mechanism as p-47).

I've got over 700 rounds in the F-4c with around a .05 KD, BUT, I still have millions of research and SL from the decent multiplier it has, the amazing bomb load, and being faster than almost everything else in the sky.

Its research multiplier and sl multiplier is actually really good too and even kinda op if you get a talisman on it. I'd get like 40k+ sl per base and its loadout can destroy 2 bases and then just zoom back and reload.

The F-84 can face props and it’s downright criminal. Fly it right, and you’re basically untouchable.
