I think I'm the 3rd owner of what is "my" truck right now haha. Anyway, probably one of the first 2 owners lost the key fob and never told me. Until I saw the AU0 on my RPO codes. I do have keyless and I didn't knew until I saw this video.
And lucky me, my dad happen to have a friend that owns an original Tech2 scanner. Definitely I'll try this

Hello, question on the scanner. Can it be used to program keys and relearn other sensors like the crankshaft sensor?

Yes I have heard of others that had success relearning the crankshaft position sensor and tire pressure sensor with this tool but I have not tried it myself.

I replaced my crankshaft position sensor on 09 Colorado and it didn’t need a relearn.

You gotta have that device to program a key fob? The Silverado only requires the fob

As soon as you said scan tool there was no damn point to watching this video, $150-300 tool, or a lock smith $25

On ebay it says that the tech2 only works on cars not trucks, but I'm also trying to program my colorado 07. Do you know what I should do ?

Wish he would answer. Everything I am finding says cars not trucks for some reason. So I’m holding off until I see one that doesn’t exclude trucks.

@@milenkosoeit sucks when a creator with only 2,000 subs can’t answer a question after a year
