No Alcohol For 10 Months: Healthier, Happier Me
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 18 апр 2023
- I went 10 months with no alcohol and I feel great. In this video, I discuss my journey. I talked about my mental and physical health. I also talked about a few pros and cons and what I've learned along the way.
The journey to becoming sober is not an easy one, but it's worth it. It takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and commitment to make the change, but the rewards are immeasurable. Sobriety brings a newfound sense of clarity, focus, and purpose in life.
I hope you find this video relatable or inspiring. If anything, this video is to document my journey so I can look back on the journey.

I'm at 3.5 months now. Your videos really inspired me to change my life, so big thanks! I'm focusing on a lot of personal goals which were obscured by habitual drinking for far too long.
let's goo! thats awesome! i've been doing a lot of self growth and development as well. i'm learning a lot, slowly but surely. congrats on the 3 1/2 months!
Thanks so much! Congrats to you as well!
HALLELUYAH, PATH OF REIGHTEOUS-NESS... LOVE YOU
love you too, auntie!!
I started craving sugar as well, and I never liked sweet food when I drank regularly. Now that I'm sober I've gone keto, to kill those cravings and boost the benefits of sobriety. I'm going on three months. Thanks for sharing!
that's awesome!! im trying to kick the carbs. bring them down a little. avoiding the added sugar has helped . trying to get back into that path of avoiding processed foods and added sugar. when I was doing that, I was feeling waaaay better.
Well done, man! I'm quitting tomorrow...
... I keep saying tomorrow... I need to do it...
honestly, the hardest thing is starting. what helped me was just going for a week, not setting expectations.
I did a 30day no alcohol challenge and now I’m at 43 days. Still going
that's awesome! that's what I ended up doing! after the second week, i was feeling really good about the progress so I went longer.
Congrats 🎉
Thanks!!! 😎🥹
I’ve been sober for about ten months as well. I had no choice but to quit or meet the good lord himself. It’s been very hard and I wish I could say I enjoy being sober. I know I will be off this wagon shortly.
i was fortunate enough to stop because I want to detox but I realized the health benefits and kept going.
Dates are hella sweet but they also have fiber, micronutrients, minerals, and are a whole fruit (not dried like some people think). You can also stuff pitted dates with almond butter, or cashew butter, sprinkle them with coconut, lots of things
You can make quite a treat out of them and they’re very satisfying for a sweet tooth.
oooh good to know! i might go pick up some dates this week.
and here i am too lol im pleased you got sucessful at this ! keep at it my brother !
Thanks bro!!! Appreciate you!!
Mine started as a week long break, now at day 48. Never felt better.
that's awesome!! congrats!!
@@jarnard thanks! Day 60 and rolling right along. Thanks for making the videos!
I'm 10 months now a year in February 25th
