    I’m 8 days sober quit cold Turkey after drinking everyday for the past 10 years went through all the withdrawals at home had to take a week off work but I feel so weird because I’m not used to feeling like this because I was literally always drunk 6-10 beers a day is ALOT but I feel soo much better no sleep fr but soo much more energy and them lifesaver gummies stay calling my name lol but thanks for the video really good inspiration keep up the good work bro💯

    This is the first time I told myself I’m quitting forever!
    It’s always been until this event or until I lose x amount of pounds.
    Only been 10days.
    But so many positive changes happening!

    Almost 2 months sober here. I do miss going out to lounges and talking to women lol but the health benefits im feeling are far more important. Going for a full year and possibly beyond

      @@jarnard Whats your plan brother, will you continue with this or have the cheeky celebration drink here and there. I'm at two years 25th of this month and ive set my stall out to reach a 1000 days, and after that it would be silly not to go a Lil futher and smash the 3year mark. There is work to be done so to speak, so i want to give myself a 3rd year! Goodluck whatever you decide, and again, well done for cracking a year that was a real achievement

    Whats up with you man now? Are you still sober or have you drank? Moderate drinking ain't too bad so no judgement from here. Personally I'm 7 months sober and thinking about incorporating moderate drinking since I miss it a little bit.
