Great job! You're killing it! I wish I would have known how much easier the cravings and triggers get. I drank pretty much everyday for 20+ years. When I first quit I was worried the intense cravings I was having were going to last forever. That first month was brutal! It felt like I was running a marathon every day just to try to keep myself from drinking. But then all the good things from quitting alcohol start showing up in your life (like many of the ones you mention in this video) and the cravings and want for alcohol start to diminish big time! I'm just over 8 months in now and haven't had this much energy and been in this good of shape since highschool! Now the cravings are diddly squat compared to what they used to be. Keep up the good work! You're inspiring others with your great content!
Nice video brother. I went to AA today, looking to get back on the wagon. It's such a no brainer. The ROI on booze is such a FAIL. Such a trainwreck of consequences. It's a trap!
So I just found you tonight at your six-month video and I watched the succession to this one; and wow! The increase in your energy, clarity, your articulation and your flow is marked!!! I’m two months in and I can’t wait for that clarity spike, and the better energy, and the better sleep. I know it’s coming. I just need to be patient. Thank you for your videos
@@jarnard im 115 days in, minus two times drinking a glass (fam celebrations) But Im really committed to not drinking as my new lifestyle. I think those experiences were even helpful to illustrate youre really not missing much and the benefits of not drinking are far superior.
Icecream is my go to the first couple weeks than i gain some fat and go on a waterfast but the sugar does help off course just do ice cream the first week and switch to fruit and whole foods 😂
Alcohol and sugar cravings can be due to a glutamine deficiency
I craved sweets the same way. I bought some blueberries and strawberries and they helped
that's all I eat. i love it. i throw put them in some plain yogurt and i'm all set.

Yeah it was a brutal transition. I’m actually going to attempt to do no added sugar for a few weeks just to reset again with my sugar
