Unboxing: DuroMax XP13000EH generator | Whole-House power backup

We bought this to protect against loss of water and other critical electrical needs during a power outage. We use a well for water and have an electric pump. We also want to protect our food by backing up our refrigerator and small freezer.
This generator can run our normal needs, but we'll have to shot down just about everything to run the air conditioning or heater. We'll figure out some rotation of AC and internet for a while, then cut the AC and go on with our lives. Chances are, the power will go out during a Winter or Summer storm. That means either hot/humid or cold/frigid weather.
We'll check back in with a test run and calculate what we can run with this generator.
