Hey guys, this month is breast cancer awareness month. I have decided to put together a little crochet ribbon tutorial to show my apprecation for all the affected women facing this disease, as well as others facing cancer in other parts of their body.
I have seen where my 3 of my family members, suffered tremendously and passed away from this terrible disease.
This is my way of raising awareness, so that one day we can eradicate cancer.
Materials:
3.5mm crochet hook
Size 4 Bernat premium acrylic yarn (pink)
Size 4 Pound of love acrylic yarn (white)
Scissors
Darning needle
Safety pin
Sewing needle
Thread
Stitches Used:
Single crochet
Slip stitch

I think I’m going to make these. I’ve been a year cancer free of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma so I think I’m going to make these and sell them for cancer patients and do like a fundraiser for cancer patients.

R1:Chain 36
R2: chain 1 more, turn, skip 1st st, sc in back loops only =36
R3: chain 1 turn
R4: sc untill last one, sc
but leave 2 loops and pull white through to color change
R5: sc in white all the way to the end, sl st on edges
R6: chain 1, turn, and sl st all the way to the end
R7: sl st into edges, and sl st into starting St in white
Weave in tail
-Put it together to make a ribbon and sew it together
-add keychain if you want
Yesturday my pop lost his battle with pancreatic cancer so im going to make some ribbons in the purple color that represents it for my family ❤ including purple heart keychains
