I would separate the celery stalks before rinsing. Sometimes there's dirt between them!

That Green juice get right and to the bathroom at the same time. I found it best to start a juice when your off like a Friday or when a few weeks off to get used to it . That's what I did.

The only thing different I would do is separate that celery & then wash it. You’ll find some nasty stuff in between them

That was way too fkng long to wash vegetables. Just give em a quick rinse and wipe down and be done with it

Hey. Try to let her eat her final meal of the day at least 2 hours before bed, no drinking while eating and sit up when eating anything and while digesting her food. Also no dairy and you could also get her checked for any food allergies. I hope this is helpful.

Thank you for the information 🌺 note, we don't need to peal kiwi, apples, peers, or cut salary leaves, as it is plenty of vitamin D from the sun and full of nutrients. Of course, we have to buy it organic and wash it well with soda and vinegar 😊

Eat smaller portions of the fruits and I add water to mine as well. I have prediabetes.
I'm a diabetic and my doctor says natural sugar you find in fruits are so much better for you then added refined sugar, but avoid pineapple, grapes and oranges, but also try to have your juice at a ratio of 80 percent vegetable and 20 percent fruits, hope this helps!

You also need that roughage.
No juicer completely removes insoluble fiber. You still get it in the juice, and it's still full of soluble fiber to aid in bulking.
@morris2735 I'm pretty sure we are talking about two different things.
Roughage vs.fiber is not the same thing. Roughage contains fiber and more that aids in complete health.
