    Tengo 61 años y he podido seguir perfectamente tu práctica me ha resultado súper interesante y muy útil la trabajo con mis alumnos en Castilla-La Mancha en España y trabajo actualmente en tus enseñanzas antes siempre había hecho solo yoga pero estoy evolucionando contigo y de tu mano para entrenar con mis alumnos este tipo de movimiento natural y la verdad es que ellos me lo agradecen y están mejorando mucho a niveles físicos o sea que sigo tus enseñanzas y las aplicó en mis clases y me están funcionando muy bien gracias gracias gracias de verdad y de corazón

    This was the absolute perfect routine for me today - felt heavenly (both physically and mentally). Perfect for winding down after a long day, or recovering after high-intensity exercise/heavy weight lifting. Thanks for putting this out there!

    Brilliant, a much needed routine to bring a sore and stiff body some movemnt...just missing my favourite of kneeling twist reaches but added on at the end. Thank you MPL

    Best strechning/mobility video I've ever seen and done! Love it so much! Requieres strenght and stretch. Could you do an other video like this one (focus on hips ans legs streching) but longer?

      @@StrengthFlowFitness training is going well and getting deeper and more versatile.
      My friends are starting to see my mobility results and wanting to get in to it as well.i tell them it takes time and patience but for me This process is just amazing,man you're really on to something with your training style and philosophy,
      And yeah it all makes sense how it parallels to our day to day lives.

      Ha! It should be behind your left ear. Press and hold the perineum for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset...or just for kicks.

    Hmmm this routine has exposed some rotator cuff issues. Lot's of clicking and a little pain...cheers I will now investigate this a little more

    Kellen, are modifications ok if these stretches and movements are difficult? It’s evidently been a long time since I moved like a human😊 is this video or other ones helpful to practice daily to regain flexibility

      Hey Colleen! Modifications are not just ok, they're 100% necessary. These practices on my channel are like a road map to help you move better, but everyone has to navigate their journey and make the movements work for their body.
