That is a great recipe!! I will have to try it. I will have to check and see if I have a deer roast that I can do. I bought a slicer this year and was planning to do some before our deer camp trip in November. Most of the time I use deer burger to make jerky but I thought I didn't have any until I got in the freezer. So this year I had the deer burger jerky at camp.
