I installed the Halo ring Fog lights, install was pretty straight forward and only requires 2 wires (one goes to a light source, and one goes to a switch 12v). I think they look awesome.
Subispeed sells these for 149.95, I couldn't sell them a whole lot lower, maybe 129.95. They aren't turning a big profit on them that's for sure. Let me know what thoughts are on if this is something I should carry at that price point. I still have a few sets just sitting around, if I decide to not sell them I might do a giveaway or something...

I just connected the red wire to the 12v acc in my fuse box. Not even using the yellow wire. The halo looks really nice. Great video!
How it working for you now? I'm tempting the job now but this yellow wire was wondering if I dont use it would my lights stay on or no or what's the big deal with the yellow wire
@@gillion2700 So far so good. for the first few days I waited a couple seconds and watched them after i turned off the car and they turn off after about 10-15 seconds. If you do it like i did it without the yellow wire they will stay on unless you completely turn your headlights off.
What did you pulg the h11 into im very lost after that part not sure you showed what you plugged it into
I have halo foglights, can the halo function be wired into the parking lights instead of the Daytime running lights?
If i hook them up to subispeed dlr harness would they stay on like yours when headlights are on?
Where’d the yellow wire go?
How did you go from your base headlights to this exact setup? If you dont mind can you list each bulb you bought and their function (DRL, high, low, fogs). Thanks

I bought these lights on Amazon , my performance shop wired them up wrong . They told me something was wrong with them and they wont stay on .It turns out that they work but only when the parking lights are turned on and e/ brake released .when headlights go on they shut off but when high beams on they turn back on LoL .Nice lights though .
Was wondering if you have written instructions for wiring these up ? Do I need an independant switch or can they be controlled by oem column switch ?

Whats the size for low beams and high beams on a 2016 wrx?
hey I have a question. i know you got spacers i would like to know if after you installed them you car shake when 80 and above?
Cause I got spacers with the center hub and my car shakes after 80
+victor soto nope. I've had it up past 120 and no shaking. You can even watch my Dallas trip video I was cursing at 90+ for hours. No shakes completely stable. Perfect as stock.

victor soto I got 20mm h&r spacers. they work fine even at higher speed. haven't gone past 110kmph yet but so far so good.
Tom Chen where did you buy them?
the 20mm part number is 4065561SW or 4065561. You can get it from propartsusa or other sites. the part number end with SW is black. i do recommend black because up close, you can see the spacers behind the rims and black blends in well. propartsusa.com/products/h-r-drm-20mm-wheel-spacer-4065561sw-7458 theres an error on the site where it shows thread pitch is 12*1.5. it's actually 12*1.25 as listed on H&R website. i emailed proparts and they said it was a website typo.

Hqen2000 so have 2 sets of halos since last year and I couldn't get them to install. One set is for the fogs and the other set is on my NBR grille. Is it possible to hook both of them up? Im a noob with wiring.
+bobby truong yeah of course. Other than using the normal harness for the fog lights the wiring is independent from the car. You can easily hook both up.

hey, I recently bought these and when hooked to the battery, the halos are on all the time even when the car is off with key not in ignition. was this the same for you or different?
+Tom Chen yeah I thought that's how they were supposed to be hooked up too, but it needs to be hooked up to a switched 12v source (for when you want the DRL to be on) not the battery directly. I thought I made that clear in the video sorry. Where did you buy them and how much did you pay?
Hqen2000 got them off subispeed. didn't see your video till today unfortunately. I think I might just hook them up to the subispeed DRL then.

+Tom Chen one in the fuse box under the hood. I can take a picture if you can't find it. But it was a spot that didn't have anything there just the terminal for a fuse for a feature I probably don't have
yeah a picture would be nice. i have my 15amp and 30amp fuses used for the subispeed DRL harness, so i'm not sure if there are any more available spots.
