+Hao Zhang Yes this is the whole process to get the JDM S4 Fog Light Bezels to work. The point of installing the DRL harness is to run the C-lights as a DRL and it also gives you something to tap into for the JDM S4 Fog Light Bezel wiring. The ground wire will need to be installed if you plan on installing the fog light bezels.

+Hao Zhang Yes at 3:40 I was connecting the S4 Fog Light harness to the DRL harness. Are you referring to 2:28? If so, the ground wire is used so that in the event of a short circuit, you will blow a fuse instead of damaging anything else. You install the wire into the bolt shown in the video.

Confused as to how you got the Oem Drl to shut off it seems like the c light Drl harness would just be on along with the high beam Drl, wouldn't you have to somehow disable the Oem Drl resistor? You guys didn't show that.
problem is, in the additional tab with the installation pictures (this should also of been included in the package when purchased given its a $100 cord with couple add a fuses and t taps) it says at the bottom refer to video to turn off DRL high beams but doesnt mention it in the video. Had to go back to the base/premium C DRL install video to see the other guy shows how to uninstall the high beam DRL resistor.

High beam position, low beams are on. C light on in all switch positions. DRL bulb only on when low beams are on. Please help. Thanks!

+Andrew Thomas We chose to unplug the resistor. You can either leave it on or unplug it.

Andrew Thomas Yes that is correct. If you unplug it, the oem DRL is disabled but you do maintain high beam functions.

You would have to do some custom wiring to find a source of power that is on while the ebrake is engaged.

No, it does not increase brightness. It's main function is to enable your Boomerang/C-light to become your DRL.
