We saw the property on 622 Sherman. It’s a nice home but it has evidence of termites.
Thanks for the comment @James. Termites are very common for the region. They have lived her millions of years before we arrived! What is most important is determining the extent of the damage and what measures are in place to treat the infestation.
It’s great that the codes that existed for so long where black people could only buy in Roselle are dead. It used to be segregated Roselle black RP white. Hopefully redlining and bad mortgages on the basis of race improve.
@@outdaboxtv I grew up in Roselle and Roselle Park was somewhat of a “Sundown-town”. Although the racial makeup has changed a bit now you still couldn’t pay me to live there. Hell, I have friends that don’t even drive through there and don’t even get me started on Clark. Just as racist as ever.
