So, when I watched the lyric video for The Best Day and saw Taylor and her Mom, I immediately thought how I'd wished I could call my Mom, but she has passed. So I forwarded the video to my 33 yr old daughter and simply wrote, "Just watch and call your Mom"

even tho they're not my favorites, The Best Day and Fifteen make me the most emotional and happy to hear re-recorded. Fifteen is a song about/for her friend Abigail who she met in freshman year, and they're still best friends. Same goes for the best day which is about her mom/family: they're still just as close as they were when she was a kid. to hear 31 year old taylor sing those songs is just so heartwarming
