I did. I am older and can tell you every word for every song for 1989 on as well as some other past songs BUT struggled to listen to any of her older albums (and I love country!) in totality because I can’t listen to teenage singing about teenage angst for an hour straight. So I was excited to hear it in her beautiful mature voice and like her folklore & evermore albums I chose to do the first listen on RUclips. So I am glad she did them... I am sure they meant more to young Swifties who were massive Swifties when this album came out due to nostalgia... but still was nice to see her with Abigail & mom then/now.

What I love so much about this, other than it being owned by Taylor, is that Taylor brings so much emotion into songs that she wrote and put out 12-13 years ago. Like, she's so far past the feelings and the stuff that was going on when she wrote them, but the way she sings the songs is as if she wrote them yesterday.
You’re Not Sorry has ALWAYS been probably my favorite of Taylor’s songs ever and I didn’t think it could get any better.....and it somehow got a ton better. Blown away. Tell Me Why leveled up 100000%.

I’ve been waiting for this reaction since Fearless (Taylor’s Version) dropped. I just knew you where going to love the production, it’s so refined and sharp.
I love the new version of You’re Not Sorry, you can really hear how the production has evolved, it’s less in your face & it brings Taylor’s vocals to the full front. I just really love how she bought a maturity to the songs through her voice, but there’s still the mystical feel of first love of 18 years old when she released it.

My favourites always were Forever and Always, White Horse and Today was a Fairytale. While I always felt Jump then Fall was underrated (at least were I'm from). And I looove the songs from the vault. Mr. Perfectly Fine is such a good song, and I loooved That's when and bye bye baby. We were happy is such a good, sad ballad. I also really enjoyed this version of fearless so much. Great Album. I can't wait for the other re-recordings.

We were happy is pretty much the same as the leaked demo i heard years ago. Bye Bye Baby is titled One Thing on the leaked demo, there's some changes on the lyrics and the word one thing is no longer on the released song now so maybe that's why they changed the title? The lyrics "all I have is your sympathy, 'Cause you took me home but you just couldn't keep me" is not in the OG. It replaced the lyrics "all I have is to walk away from the one thing i thought would never leave me". There's also some changes on the lyrics of the verses.
