Brother this was so good and rich!!!
What a feast of the living word, that is spirit and life
I love how you break down words and connect scripture with scripture .
I also love how you explained washing our feet walking in the spirit, when we abide in the word .
So encouraging like you said when you read the word as sons of God and coheirs bringing us life and joy and not by the letter that kills
    So nourishing ❤🙏
    God Bless you ❤

Love this, brother! I know it's a play on words, but I was thinking, what is on our feet that needs to be washed. Our souls, err i mean soles. 😊

This is wonderful man. Ive heard people say really nice things about Christs character and the freeness of the gospel. But they always have a law way of going about the Christian walk.
Theyre still stuck in the letter that kills or something. Idk exactly.
I can relate to your message 100% and thanks.

Looking to Christ as our man in heaven. Our salvation is secure in him. Looking to Christ and his finished work is the way to assurance, fellowship, encouraging each other, good works/fruits of the spirit(Christ manifesting himself in us, not by efforts of flesh).
    Everything. Its looking to Christ.
    What a wonderful salvation!

Amen! Reminds me of 2 Chronicles 20:12 - "O our God, will You not judge them? For we have no power against this great multitude that is coming against us; nor do we know what to do, but our eyes are upon You.”

    43:11
John 15:11 KJV - These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
I'm still new to the flesh profiteth nothing- if you are not a believer, who is doing the good works? Say, Mormons.
Is it that Christ declared the flesh dead and nothing good can come from it? How do you tell someone who's not a believer in Christ that anything that they're doing is good is not from them that will make no sense. Where is this on the address to believers? I'm sorry but 56 years of wrong teaching is still creeping up. Thank you

Great question! Here's what I believe from reading the Word:
      1. Romans 5:12 says "Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned". So, death reigned over all flesh because of Adam & Eve's transgression in the garden of Eden. Any work of the flesh is not acknowledged by God because of this death, and death in this case is really just alienation from the life of God. Also, all flesh has been crucified with Christ and done away with in God's sight (2 Corinthians 5:14-15), so He's no longer looking at whatever is produced by the flesh. He's looking at Christ, who has the Life in Him (John 1:4).
      2. Romans 8:9 says "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his." So, people who do not believe in Jesus are still in the flesh because they do not have His Spirit abiding in them.
      3. Any "good" works that are performed by people who do not believe in Christ are a work of their flesh since they are not in the Spirit. Though these works are considered "good" by our moral standards as humans, they are not recognized by God, and He is not the one who's performing them.
Side note: It was the Apostle Paul who said in Romans 7:18 that there is nothing good that dwells in the flesh. Jesus also alludes to this in John 6:63. The Greek word used there for "profiteth" is Opheleo which means usefulness. So Jesus basically said the flesh is useless 😅.
I hope this makes sense! I just did a video on this that might shed more light: ruclips.net/video/GKzj5eAhkwM/видео.html
