You were mentioning that chart of laugh lines. Would the first phase warrant paranasal implants. The laugh lines at very faint. So say you did get paranasal implants in your 20s for laugh lines. Would those laugh lines become more prominent almost to a stage 3 level like in the chart as you age? Would you get bigger paranasal implants at around late 30s to or whenever the folds deepen to get improvement? Or is it kind of like a one time done thing where you get them in your 20s and the advent of much more deepening smile lines is postponed for some years longer. So do you essentially get bigger paranasal implants later if you have it done already to fix laugh lines/ folds?

With age laugh lines are caused by sagging, so you address the sagging when you get old.
