My wife and I have gone to this. Its legit and pretty much free as long as you attend the timeshare presentation which is around 2hrs long. All you have to do is keep saying no thank you. They will throw around 3 different sales pitches to you. If you are interested in timeshares keep saying no till the 3rd saleman gets to you because this dude will slash every price the other guys tried to sale to you. The place itself is very nice it was worth it to me because we basically got to stay for free.

The presentation for us happened in an area near the lobby of the hotel, so it is all on site. The presentation is a somewhat high pressure sales talk about why you would benefit from buying a time share package and at the end they try to get you to actually commit to buying a time share package. You can just keep saying no all the way through (which is what we did) and you will be done before too long. I definitdely DO NOT recommend buying any of their packages. They make the deals sound way better than they are and they are not straight forward on what the actual costs will be for you. Again, no matter how good they make it sound, DO NOT let them pressure you into actually signing up or buying anything.
So we are currently looking into this. and by your video you didn't sign up for the timeshare but still recevied your money back? My fear is going to the prestation and saying no and then getting charged.
When I did this I had to pay a deposit of $100 when I signed up and then the deposit was refunded to me after I attended the presentation. I did not sign up for anything or purchase anything and they still refunded me the $100. The current deal being offerred is a little different since you now have to pay 200 and will get 200 back later. One thing to note. When I did it, I was expecting to get the money back via a gift card that I could spend right away. What actually happened was they just put the money back on my credit card which took like a week to show up on my credit card account. It was a little annoying but I still got the money back so it worked out fine. I don't know if that will happen to you or not.
What if you have children traveling with you do we have to sit with the kids during the presentation? Or can my husband be with them while I attend the presentation?
You and your husband will both have to attend the presentation. I believe there was also a rule that you can't bring children to the presentation. There should be some information about that that gets sent to you shortly after booking. I believe you would have to set something up for your kids to do during that time if your going to bring them along.

That was my experiance, as long as they haven't changed how they do it.
