That really is the question. Yes, there are a ton of better places. And I’m sure you could find a good deal on many of them. Also, don’t rule out Airbnb.
I was at Tahiti last year and I love the place especially the pool and lazy river. But I do have to agree with you regarding the dust and furniture being nasty. As a owner I expect better!
Make your comments known to management. You are an owner, and they need to listen.
I am an owner of a Biennial Even Moorea room and now only have the yearly maintenance fee. I am very sorry to see that they are still not clean and the furniture and bedding is so disgusting. We tried to sell our time share many times and just have never been successful. Now I have cancer and we won't be traveling at all.
I’m sorry to hear that. May be best to just let it go. That’s what I did with Wyndham. Wasn’t worth it anymore.
I don’t know how. I feel guilty even giving it to someone. It’s paid for but the maintenance fee is over 300 now.
Sometimes you can give it back to the company.
I have already called them and they said I can try to sell it or give it to someone and then contact the title company to have the title ownership changed. Then the person would begin paying the yearly fees.
That may be a good option for you to give it up.

I’ve watch both of your reviews and it sucks to see how bad this resort is. I’m going with a Bachelor party in May so we probably won’t be using the room much but I was hoping for the better experience. Thankfully it’s a time share and none of us are paying to stay there lol. Free is free right? Lol
Totally agree! Free is free! Especially if you’re not going to be staying there for extended periods of time. It’s good for a bed in the shower. LOL! Have an amazing time during the bachelor party!

that sux. we bought our time share back in 2010 there and have only been one time. I am afraid to go back now and feel more disappointed about buying there.
Luckily, there are many other places you can use your timeshare.
True, we have yet to figure out how to master the timeshare tips and tricks on reservations. Every time we try to pick a place to go it’s not available.

I usually shy away from negative reviews because some people are simply ridiculous. That being said I sensed you were being constructive and fair. I must say, I'm only 10 minutes in and am no longer interested in visiting this property. I plan on enjoying the area and resort hopping next year. I'm finishing the video, but this is off the list. Disappointing.
I think for the money you can do a lot better in Vegas. Hope you have tons of fun wherever you stay! 🙂
Unfortunately, if you do research into housekeeping for hotels and such. You'd be dismayed. Often times they are rushed and/ or pushed to clean faster versus doing proper deep cleans.
Agreed but there is no excuse for soiled furniture.
