My family and I stayed here back in 2023 and we did not have any of these issues. It's a beautiful resort and my kids loved the room, pool and lazy river. This guy sounds like a male Karen with too high of standards.

Went here in 1994 shortly after it opened. Went on the tour with my class, and my little group had two Jewish best friends and a chaperone that was a sister of one of them. I will never forget it. This is what happens when we see others as "less than" ourselves. We are all worthy of the precious life we lead. At all stages of that life. The odor might be from the carpet. Hotels tend to shampoo the room carpets pretty frequently and in humid areas they do not dry well and can have mold down to the padding. I am very allergic to some molds and Holiday Inn seems to be the very worst for mold. Maybe just because they are older?

I love their pan roast with linguine. Yummmm!!! One hour waiting isn’t that bad.
