      @@PrettyGreenMonk I have done 5800 miles so far, one annual service. Does about 34mpg very smooth transmission excellent brakes very comfortable in the cabin. I use it for Beekeeping, plenty of space in the boot for all my gear. I have two Thule roof bars which don"t make any noise. The adaptive cruise control always keeps you at a safe distance from the car in front. It drives well on the farm off road. Headlights are very good you can see a long way ahead. We have fitted a Garmin Sat Nav which is larger to see. Never seems to need anything doing except for tyre pressures 34 psi all round, I use 4 wheel drive all the time. Heating/ cooling/ heated front seats all work very well. The Aircon cold setting is probably too cold.
      I set it at 22° centigrade and it is nice and cool in the cabin, you can turn on rear fans as well even cooler then. It is a fantastic car has a range of about 400 miles but in actual use driving carefully probably near 500 miles. Best car I have ever had 👍 Steven Carter Colchester UK

      @stevencarter1563 2 года назад +1

      @@PrettyGreenMonk I forgot to mention extend you 3 year service plan to 5 which will save you money. The other thing depending on climate you will have to pay extra for heated wing mirrors because my car came from Australia, I think that was £504 extra and they do work and clear misting on wing mirrors.Toyo tyres are good and solid no problems. My car colour is red and looks great.
      We haven't had snow last Christmas but if we get some the car will be lovely and warm inside. Windscreen clears very quickly just check wiper blades are not frozen to screen before you operate. Steven Carter of Colchester UK

Like to the gym or get something from the shops. Didn't want to get bogged down with DPF problems. Also couldn't afford the Pajero Sport! :D May be when I have my own house and wife buys another smaller sporty car that she has been dreaming about, I'll get one of these. Can't live without the features that Mitsibishi provides. Lane Departure alert, blind spot monitoring and the 360 degree camera are really useful.

    Driving top spec 3.0 petrol 2019 model. Off-road every weekend and never need LR or difflocks. Able to keep up with JKs FJs and patrols without a struggle. Nothing new to speak of in 2020 version except the ICE and facelift. Look out for deals on 2019 version as driving will be identical. Having had a 3.8 pajero in the past, and got rid because of the 120kph alarm and constant seeking on the highway, the MS totally exceeds my expectations.

    Hi Crafty, thanks for good review. I liked that it's lighter on promo and heavier of off-road performance info. I used to own mid-2000's Nissan Patrol 3l TD manual, bought it for off-roading, had a sedan for city driving. I'm eyeing the market to get an SUV for city use on weekdays and for frequent off-roading on weekends/holidays. How do you compare Pajero Sport vs Isuzu MUX (they seem to be in the same price range, but I'm not aware about MUX having factory diff lock)? Do you or CarsGuide have a side-by-side comparison for these two SUVs? Thanks mate. Alex

    • @anthonyramdin1037
      @anthonyramdin1037 4 года назад +1

      I know you didn't ask me but the current mux isn't a match for the PS. However Isuzu is supposed to bring out an updated mux either later this year or early next year. Then you have to wait for it to come to whatever country you are in. So that might take a while. Pricing more than likely for the updated mux will be greater than the PS. The mux might have similar features however and would get a rd lock. But the PS is the best in it's class rn. Really, really good off road, lots of features, has a reliable engine+transmission and is pretty spacious inside. I think it was the same carsguide that put the mux, Fortuner, everst and ps against each other but that was like 4 years ago. The ps I think won that btw. Hope this helps.

      Me too but unfortunately the big brother Pajero still not updated since 2006 and lacking the nice features of the Pajero sport exceed: adaptative cruise control, collusion prevention assist, 360 bird view camera...
      But the Pajero still looks good!!

      Waleed Zanbagi yea, mate. I currently daily a 2016 GLS variant albeit an MT and it's nothing short of awesome. Great on-road, even better off-road. Good number of safety tech, interior toys and not to mention premium leather seats all throughout the cabin, it's almost a wonder how they did it.
