I have both Percival and Mont Blanc Legend. They smell pretty similar but Percival is next level of freshness and quality. So like how people wear Aventus on fancy occasions and CDNIM everyday, I wear Percival on more upscale occasions/dates and Mont Blanc Legend to work.
Yeah I own both and I agree entirely. Percival is like Legend but much more interesting and beautiful. Legend smells like a "castrated" Percival lmao. But legend is still gorgeous and is a good daily scent
I have problems with lots of ambroxan heavy fragrances, causes headaches to me. But in Percival, the ambroxan is so well blended and not harsh at all!
So lucky to found this one, and u appreciate it the more u wear it 🤩
My top 1 go2 scent, its everywhere on discount here in Europe so extremely good bang for the buck 🤑
Percival is my favorite fresh scent! It's the only freshie that will last all day strong. I absolutely love it and will always have a bottle and your review is spot on! It's likeable but not generic like so many other fresh scents

Yes , Percival the most long lasting fresh parfume that i've ever had. The quality is awesome , it's not the love for the firs sniff because of it has some desingnerish vibes not nishe , but after trying several other perfumes, you understand that this is the best in terms of quality of workmanship and ingredients.
Percival is a fresh scent that gives off shower gel vibes. It's a familiar scent, but it's done right. I give it 8/10.

Just ordered mine. I'm not a collector, only about 30 bottles but, I wanted a powerhouse blue to end all blues. This is it. I have Sedley for hot hot summer, percival for spring & cooler summer nights and days..
You're right my cat did give me a compliment when I wore this for the first time.. he came to my lap smelled me and just took a nap in my chest with a cool growl..cat approved.. it's a freash sexy fragrance.
I got a discovery set from PDM containing Layton, Pegasus, Herod, Percival, Galloway and they added a bonus Sedly. And though they all smell good and have awesome longevity, non stuck as absolutely unique or unfamiliar if that makes sense. I loved Sedly the most and got a 125 ml bottle. I always recommend people try samples of any perfume they are interested in before spending full price on a whole bottle.

Thanks for your review. Can I ask for your view - for a high quality versatile signature scent do you personally recommend Percival more or Elysium Cologne?
I really liked Percival but thought Layton was more unique. So I went with Layton instead. I also felt that Percival is in the same vein as Dior savauge or Office for Men. They are all different but they would all be worn in similar situations and I prefer savauge and office to percival. So Percival just did not have a place in my collection but it is a nice scent.
I have seven PDM's. Pervical is a great versatile scent with great quality and performance.

For me it is the best fragrance ever. Many call it a simple shower gel fragrance. But it is much more than that. What good is it to me if the fragrance is still so fancy, but smells like crap? Percival is simply awesome.
I just finally explorer where to buy sample of this frangrance and ordered few minutes before. Since I really like fresh fragrances and I like Legend very much Im looking forward to it. Where would you recommend to buy original fragrances? Do you know notino, douglas and sephora? I specially would like to know your oppinion on notino! Thank you for entertianing contant prince.

I don't think the comparison is between Percival and Mont Blanc Legend,it's been compared to Fierce by Abercrombie and Fitch.
I own Percival,Layton,Herodand Layton Exclusif.The two i've been using more are Percival and Herod.Both Layton's are "resting"....

I just got my bottle of Percival, i dont know why but i got performance issues. I was wondering if i got a fake but i bought it from a very trusted and famous clothing website so.. i am confused 🙈 love the smell but dont love the performance
I now have 8 PDM’s and my gf likes Percival anD Nisean the most. Not what I expected from the beginning.

Similar to mont blanc legend, fierce, and slightly has a chanel egoiste platinum vibe...

@@Fragranceroom hahaha it's all good. How would you compare it to the Bleu de Chanel (edp if possible) in terms of performance, smell and quality? Is it better or worse? I want to buy one of them. I like fresh and I want it to wear it all year around mostly for job
Jakob Koprivnik i think this performs even better than bdc. If you have to pick one of these i would 100% go with percival (if you dont care that its a little bit more expensive) percival is not that overused as bleu de chanel. But as always, sample first. Don’t blind buy this:)

This is waay more common of a scent than Layton, and no you will actualy smell like anyone wearing a showergel type fragrance only more refined and for longer. And also not like other Pdms and easy to wear is a very neat way of saying its not at all unique, nor is it anything unusual and special.

@@Fragranceroom Känner mig typ helt återhämtad idag och har legat hemma sen i fredags förra veckan då jag fick positivt resultat för covid. Så nu är det bara försöka träna upp luktsinnet igen och hoppas det kommer tillbaka i bra takt. Brukar ta upp till 2 veckor för dom flesta att bli normalt. Känner folk som inte haft någon lukt och smak i flera månader utan framsteg än så länge så det är skrämmande...

I preach on Layton - completely overrated and NOT what it was in 2016. Gone is the longevity and sillage and moved into a HEAVY thick vanilla. Its quite turned me off PDM all together..but Percival has peaked my interest...I mean...I keep reading how its a compliment beast, except its not much different from most blue frags out there....I'm really torn...Layton did a number on me and I was pretty pissed for the 300$ Canadian price tag after reading how the 2016/2017 formulations are the one you should track down..I just don't want to go through that again with Percival.

In a world where for the same price you can buy herod or pegasus you would have have very little individuality to actualy choose this over any of those or similar scents. This smells like a 250$ shower gel scent, basicest of basic done with high quality but no individuality. The only upside is if you are crazy about this type of scent, since this is that on steroids projecting way more and lasting far longer, as ive said a 250$ version of a 40$ scent that is mass appealing.
Are Parfums de Marly fragrances good for 17 or 18 year old guy? I wanted to buy their 1.5ml samples.

Layton is so overrated IMO, I sold mine and got this instead and am very happy.
It reminds me of A&F Fierce
But fierce dont got that hedione to help you with the ladies.

I have not smelled Mont Blanc legend. I have, however, smelled Fierce by Abercrombie and Fitch and it is virtually identical. The base may be a little different with the spicy notes in it to differentiate but, I would say it’s about 80% similar to fierce. It’s about 300 bucks though. Fierce is around 100. I bought Percival at about 40% discount and still feel like I should’ve picked a different PDM. Layton in Pegasus smell better in my opinion.

I love this channel a lot, but this time I can not agree with this recomendation. Percival is a cheap smelling, generic parfume with a similar vibe to a NIVEA after shave to my nose. I can not understand thy hype around Percival because I showed the smell of it to a lot of girls and NONE of them liked it. They also did not dislike it but characterized as nothing special (very generic). I agree with them absolutely.
Lovász Gergely as i said in the video. Not everyone in the world can like these type of mass appealing scents. And you are obviously one of them. As you might understand, I can’t please everyone with what i like and recommend. To me personally this is a superstar. And all girls i’ve presented this for loves it to death. Hope you find a scent you like! Cheers!

Which is fk good considering all the girls in the whole world went on their knees and spread their legs for us guys wearing Fierce without having to say a thing. That's absolutely not a disadvantage.
