"go fast and commit, which part didn't you do?" "commit . . ." "did you go fast?" "no..." So you didn't do anything" haha
Old yet still top comment
The first time I ollied a set of stairs I was accidentally thinking of something else. every other attempt was a failure because of how I over thought the trick and spooked myself. my tip is to remember that it's just an ollie.
Yeah i just pretend im doing an ollie over a line you also pop higher if you think that because your brain doesnt try for so much distance it gives you hight and then your body makes you clear it
Dat Frontside 180 up the 3 doe
Just watched one of your videos
2:57
Ayeee I love your vids
I did my first 2 stair today. ITS SO MUCH EASIER THAN I THOUGHT!! I’m trying a 3 tomorrow
How’d it go?
i remember my first 3 stair felt like i was stepping up in life hahah goodshit lance
Hahaha for sure man :) #pushskateboarding
Yeah
andrew acosta skating with people who are better than you always helped me. you didn't want to disappoint and they always have some words of wisdom.
That front 180 Aaron done up the 3 set was a beauty. I'd kill to be able to do that
not that hard if you actually go try them instead of watching youtube videos all day
Aaron Johnson Says the guy on a youtube comment....
autechrr OMG You commented you're a no life
autechrr i can do them ;)
Aaron Johnson Rekt.
if the stairs is a size like that and im feeling unsure i just cave man it first.
imma try that thanks
Once I spent like 3 hours trying to commit to Ollie a 4 stair, it was so hard to commit, I can completely relate to all the beginners out there, "it's hard to commit" "it's scary" I agree, I spent 3 god damn hours trying to get that 4 stair, almost in tears, and as soon as I got both feet on the board and rolled away, I got it every time from there, commitment is hard, so don't doubt yourself for not being able to commit, because eventually, even if it takes three fucking hours, you will get it, I promise.
LANCE, GET THE MINDSET: THE FASTER THE WHEELS ARE ROLLING, THE EASIEST IT IS TO KEEP ROLLING, just like a bike. It's so much harder to steer when it's slow.
+Sattin got to do with inertia too
+Sattin how will he be able to Maintain inertia?
plus the faster you go the less force you need too especially for that going fast and committing is key
until u go fast and bail
It’s different, bike has two wheels while skateboard has 4
It is just awesome the fast he learns, you've got my respect Lance
dude I learned to ollie 3 stairs in a month - not even kidding
Its frustrating to watch these vids, he doesn't learn fast at all
i need a friend like aaron😫😭
N0n_believ3r to brow
i need a friend
plebjacob I need myself to need a friend
SAME!!
he is our friend
For anybody having problems with stairs..just think of it as flat ground! That's what I did!
BigGunsOut yea but it’s hard to convince your head😂😂
LANCE is stoked that he just learned how to ollie steps, his buddy Aaron is a great teacher who is STOKED for his friend. What they have is a kick ass attitude about skating...and after nearly 30 years of skating myself, I know how AMAZING skate progression feels. So what hat a person is wearing when they skate actually has nothing to do with skateboarding- I don't even know why I AM NOW discussing his hat...but what the video is REALLY about is "hey, cool! he just learned how to commit to doing an ollie down steps!" AND what I think is really really cool about this clip is that by having a good attitude about skating- nobody is swearing and throwing their board around and making a fool of themselves or being a cry baby- instead, they are enjoying the skateboarding and I think progressing really well. And his hat is kind of cool, now that it has been pointed out to me...probably helps keep the sun out of his eyes.
Haha, well said. For all the hat haters out there, they just don't understand ;)
***** Thanks Braille...hey if you ever want to do "Lance Live Skate Support Frontside Slash Grind Backyard Pool Coping Blocks (Part1), and "Lance Live Skate Support Frontside Double Trucker Slash Grind But Not Really A Stand Up Frontside 50-50 Grind Backyard Pool Coping Blocks (part2) ....can I be in it? It has speed, commitment, and "not every grind with both trucks is actually a 50-50" to it. And Lance's hat is more than welcome out here in Illinois. :)
I'm proud of lance i can't even ollie a two stair
You will get it! Just keep practicing!
start with just a curb and get consistent
after that a 2 stair is just an extra curb
good luck
***** afterbreaking my penny board because of an Ollie, I have never done any trick over stairs ever again
i went from a curb to 4 stairs ahaha
samuel jenkins seriously...
a penny board
You guys are so lucky to live in a country where it's possible to learn street skating. In cardiff youre lucky to find a road thatz smooth enough let alone a set of flippin stairs to ollie down :) these vids are wicked ive started skating a little bit later than most, helping me pick things up quicker than i thought. Cheers dudes.
Da iawn lance, a Aaron ti'n rhyfedd o dda.
I can finally land my 360flips properly! Feels good :)
Lucky I'm still learning lol
Good job 👍👍
Niceee
hows ur progression now
I remember my first 3 stair. I felt like a pro. Sick job lance
lance bro good to see someone thats around my age picking up skating. i stopped for like two years and actually because of this channel and a couple other picked it back up. just remember lifes a garden Dig it. lmao
I love watching Lance learn. He was where I was when I stopped skating. Your channel and Andy Schrock's have made me want to start skating again! (despite my 200 pound frame) Time to go learn how to kickflip since I never quite got it.
That doesn't matter just practice and weight won't matter
ghost ollied that set - and thats pretty awesome :D
Go Lance!!! You sir, are an inspiration to all us folk who picked up street skating well into their 20's. Its the best thing I've ever done.
This guy learned heel flips before ollieing 3 stairs?!? I learned ollieing 5 stairs before doing 180s!
lil Clock. Boi
i know right i cant kick flip or heel flip but i can Ollie 2 stairs and 50-50 tiny ledges that are a little higher than curb height
JamesGames 4444 that is pretty normal tho, as heelflip and kickflip are just kinda Tricks to flex, while 50/50s and stairs are Basics
I can 180 no problem. But I can't ollie straight.
SpieroMusic just keep your arms from moving and keep your balance as centered as possible
I wish I saw this on my last stair attempt a week ago I Ollied a four stair and sprained my ankle thanks for the help though Aaron
he didn't even pop hahaha. I love it when people can ollie without popping, it just feels cool
Aaron is a pretty damn good teacher actually
You guys are a real inspiration to me and I bought your skateboarding tutorials,I'm probably the only skateboarder in Sri Lanka
You helped me in that vid yo now I’m going to try Ollie the stair set
I love these vids. Help me out a lot :)
I'm not gonna lie, this is pretty motivational.
Time to go fast and commit :D
This really helped me land my four stair thank you aaron!
Hey Aaron thank you for all your videos it really works!
OMG Lance is such a good skater now! Every Lance live skate support video it comes back to the simple rule - commit. This has not only taught me but a lot of other people who watch this to just yolo and commit. #SkateGod = Lance :)
I like Lance's style, it looks like his skating swiths :-D
I just landed my first 3 stair today, and I think that the skate gods gave me this in my recomended
My biggest fear is getting Popsicled that's why I can't commit on stairs
U won't if u stay over it
Every time Lance masters a new trick i'm clapping and yelling like he was my kid and i just watched him take his first steps.:)
gotta give you guys and skate 3 credit for inspiring me to skate. just got my pro board on christmas and i can already ollie pretty well. if i can afford it i’ll get skater trainers but they are pretty expensive and if i do get them i will ollie higher and ollie off of my local 3 stair!!
Go to 3:41 and pause
Hugooos lol
Great job Lance! I just got my ollies down yesterday actually! (while moving). I always just couldn't commit but yesterday something changed! Thank you so much for helping me Aaron! A big thanks to you!! Keep up the great work LANCE!
He looks like hes always skating switch with the way he leans he kind of turns backwards when he ollies
im at this exact point in skateboarding and this late cuz lance is better but my way of thinking is his way of thinking so good job helped me do it
Hey Aaron... These videos have helped me soooo much throughout my skating career ( not very long ) I was just wanting to thank you for all your hard work and time that you have spent for skaters like me!
Lance is awesome he made me commit to my two stair got it pretty consistent now
This is like aaron can read minds...all this week i have been just olling stairs and its an awesome feeling!!!!!! Sry for my bad english
Way to go lance!!!!!
Thanks!! -Lance

Lyon 25 stair
Lance is the #1 reason I watch Braille.
Lance great job I just learned to Ollie stairs today and it makes u feel great
Lance is the man. I hope he starts skating in his free time even when he isnt doing these video's. It seems like he can physically do every trick, he just has to get over the mental hump. Keep skating lance!!
aaron kyro's great wisdom to life = go fast + commit
Haha the skate god took it down with STEEZE!
Hahaha word :)
***** lol
Did anyone notice that there was no pop on the one he landed
Aaron makes everything look easy.
i in brazil feel happy for you man : D
the day after i ollied my first 4 stair i went back to it and broke my forearm in half (it was 4 flat 2 and i broke when i fell on the 2)
THANKS LANCE!!! MADE ME REMEMBER WE ALL LEARNING
Lance I'm ur biggest fan!
Lance has been killing it
That street stair spot it really good for beginners trying to Ollie 3’s
You know how you come really close to landing something, you give it that next try, you go for it, and fall really hard, I thought lance was going to do that. Love lance lives though. They seem to help me skate better.
How long has Lance been skating for? He progresses really fast!!
who was holding the camera
Big Chungus
Great job lance! :)
Lance 4 president
Nice one Lance. Always committing in the end, respect for that, I know it's not easy.
I miss Lance so much!!!!
Where is "To the make it true"?
You mean "two to make it true"
gonna try a 2 stair tmrw, very excited
Yea same i learned
Nollie heelflips before ollieng a stair set
Inspirador ver a evolução do Lance, sempre fico feliz ao ver ele conseguindo os objetivos. #LanceSkateGod
Good job Lance!!!
Aaron keeps repeting him in all skate supports to go faster and he continues riding slow, sorry for my english im from spain
Thats a part of the learning process. Overcoming fear. Do you skate?
De que parte ?! :)
Of course I skate, i know 50% or more is overcoming fear, but men why learing a 3 stair in a bad way, he just needs to get confident riding fast, or just listen to Aaron he keeps repeting him to go faster, why doing a skate support if Lance is going to do whatever he wants, i bet Lance cant jump 5 time the 3 stair one after the other one, again sorry for my english
Soy de Madrid tio, tu de que parte eres?
FreekickThinker Again much easier said than done:) Lance is a human being. He's not going to execute everything perfectly every time. The purpose of the skate support is to document the learning experience and address some of the issues that new skaters may experience (commitment etc). But I see what you're saying.
Niiiiice! Awesome to see him make it at the end
I am glad for Lance! His achievements open day by day)
I did my first 4 stair tdy so hyped
Good job lance
I feel like lance knows everything already BUT IM JUST WAITING FOR AARON TO FUCKIN ADMIT IT.
Nice job lance now I had to learn on a 5 stair and that took me a year your doing good
Aaron well I can laser flip, tre, Ollie, all shuv its and pop shuvits, kick flip, heelflip, varial flip.... But I can't 180 either way
lance is my fav
#skategod
I'm so happy I learned how to Ollie a 3 stair yesterday
Good job lance this video was very inspiring so im gonna go try the three stairs at my old school :) wish me luck
That’s such a perfect little stairset all I have in my town are curbs, one 2 stair with the roughest asphalt ever and like eight 7 stairs
Lance, you are way better than me at doing
skateboarding, and nice hat.😎😎😎🙆🙆🙆
braille skateboarding a good channel
Something you always do that Lance still doesn't, running starts. Next live skate support?
Lance has a sick style
landed my first staircase ever yesterday it was a four stair
Arron can u boneless not many people do that trike but why im the only one at my skate park who can do a boneless well good job Lance can only ride off a three stair
everyone can boneless, it's a fairly simple trick.
I wish we could get a calendar of what trick Lance learned on what day so we could see the progression from week to week
do an in depth review of the maranas after you've used them
I like the support you give the dude
I wish I had someone to skate with and practice with on the daily you did good for pushing him to make sure he lands it
I learned ollieng 4 stairs thanks to this
2019 oh lance we miss u
thank you I ollied a three stair
whenever im at a skatepark there is always older skaters and it makes me trie harder and i usally do better at skateparks lol
Trippy World try
Lance not to make you feel like you suck. But I'm 13 and can ollie 5 stair. But good job, its all about speed and committing! I actually learned a lot of tips from this video. Thank you!
