From the many places you posted on the recent Tokyo trip. This one is the closest to the hotel where I will be staying. Just around 18 min walk. I'll check this one out

Lovely video as always! I was just there at this restaurant two months ago for dinner. The price is much higher for dinner, all for an extra 6 otsumami dishes of the highest quality ingredients (nodoguro, awabi, tako, tairagai, whale etc) but cooked very traditionally with minimal seasoning. Very lovely husband and wife team but sometimes I wonder if he could do with a sous chef to bring the restaurant to the next level in regards to creativity and temperature control (referencing Namba Hibiya’s level of creativity and temperature control). It does seem like lunch is better value!
