  • Since its establishment in 2018, Hakkoku has been a culinary standout, consistently winning the Bronze Tabelog Awards every year from 2019 onwards. In 2023, only 18 sushi restaurants in Tokyo were bestowed with this prestigious honor. Today, we are in for a treat as we embark on a culinary journey with their 25-piece sushi omakase, thoughtfully prepared by Chef Ryutaro Kakehi! Keep watching to see everything I ate on their omakase.

The recent series in Japan has been terrific! Fun, comparing the similarities and general variety presented while the quality shines. So many great bites.😋

Very beautifully shot video. Only thing missing is describing what the food tastes like. If I am to live this through your experience then tell me what it tastes like to you please.
