Awesome. I use a dummy to drill most of the escapes, guard passes, sweeps and submissions. I prefer to drill the movements just as I would attempt to execute them during rolling. But it's whether it's drilling the movements as a whole or doing drills like in this video, they're both great for muscle memory and keeping the momentum going physically and mentally.

Hi, any tips for performing that "sitting to combat base" movement at 0:35 ? I always twist/hurt the knee of the leg that goes under the butt when doing that :( Thanks!

Put your weight on the foot that's gonma stand up, not on the knee
