I broke a few ribs 2 weeks ago. I'm 150lbs soaking wet and had been rolling with 2 purple belts that were each over 200lbs and a black belt that handed it to me....crushed my birdcage lol. I'm out for 6 weeks.........minor bump in the road :-/ How about you?
