I like how you show the cost of the gourmet meal, it really helps to plan for a trip to France. I believe you are the only person who does this, in these times of finances, it helps a traveler to make the budgetary allowances for these wonderful meals.
My pleasure!
times of finances and 3 michelin stars restaurant doesn't go together 😅
Definitely, for me, #1 ☆☆☆. It only gets better!
For 3 stars the server may need to slow down the presentation/explanation. I’m getting nervous and I’m not even there.
I will definitely visit this restaurant next time I am in Paris. It is almost legendary to keep 3 Michelin stars for as long as this place does.
Pierre Gagnaire is one of my favourite chefs in the world. I hope I can soon visit his restaurant in Paris again.
Nice sharing 👌💗
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks for sharing! We have reservations for early June and this looks amazing
Thanks We hope you enjoy the meals in there
Looks like a decent amount of courses and food for your money. Thanks for sharing.
'Decent' is a huge understatement. I defy anyone to visit PG and not leave full, it has a reputation for putting a crazy amount of food in front of you. I've heard complaints before about how much it gives you
Great video ! Maybe the next time you can add some comments about how do you like the dishes ! Like a little review or just your feeling :)
Yes, good idea, Thanks, I still editing the CC, I will add my comment of the CC later.
Lets goo absolutely crazy tasting , gorgeous
Oh yeah!
merci pour cette vidéo.
je me demande s'il y a encore des parisiens dans les restaurants gastronomiques parisiens...

Perfection !! 👍👌🤞🇫🇷
Many thanks!!
Ooh, la, la ! I simply must go there !
Wow that's a lot of food! I felt full just watching all those courses. This looked legitimately amazing, I would probably consider PG in our upcoming trip, but ultimately went with Alleno Pavillon and Kei. Hope you'll get to try those restaurants in future videos.
Did you think it was too much food? The dishes looked very rich and sauce heavy. My wife would probably have tapped out by the veal sweetbreads course lol
Also for the price, this also looks way more interesting and creative than the Alain Ducasse restaurant in Monaco
Is not too much during the 3.5 hours of fine dining. If your wife like sweet, must go to Pierre Gagnaire, love this restaurant signature grand dessert. Alleno and Kei definitely on our list, you will see it in our future videos.
I have heard (and this vid certainly supports it) that of all the 3 star Michelins, PG is the one you should go to with an empty stomach. Each 'course' features a few different plates...this vid was from 9 months ago but apparently nothing has changed.
Remember...it's Granité...😉
Thank You for another marvelous video. I always enjoy them...
Okay thanks 😊
The waiting lady sounds like it’s her first day at work. And courses seem a bit rushed, or maybe it’s just me.
Chef Pierre Gagnaire @ Gourmet B Gourmet your food is outstanding and the flavours the at go together are something that taste buds just try too delicious my taste buds are already singing ha ha ha thank you so much for sharing the beautiful delicious looking video @ Gourmet B Gourmet 👍👍😀😀🌹🌹♥️♥️

They sure like truffles in that restaurant
I was in france in 4 restaurants 3 Michelin stars:piere garnier,la pre catalan, lambroise, paul boucuse. Piere garnier was my favourite.
looks great. bringing two/three dishes at once was a bit bonkers of them.
You need an instruction manual to eat some of this 😂
Home made butter, a little bit caramelised. Home made butter, a little bit yellow
Thank you for sharing! I'm not sure I like the idea of three plates coming at once for each course: apart from anything warm going cold, it looks quite daunting to me, and I'm greedy! That a big meal too - and for all you got, and the quality and setting, it's remarkably good value compared to the price of some 3* restaurants.
I was wondering: do the restaurants know you're filming everything, or is your camera concealed in your clothes/jewellery?
Yes compared other 3 stars more courses, three plates together in Perrier Gagnaire restaurant style, in Sketch London same style of presentation of food. Of course manager know I did a film and focus of foods. We don’t do hiding camera. Haha
looks tough
Magnifique ça donne envie dream on the plate
Which one food dish do you like most in their prex fix menu...?
Melanosporum black truffle
Scallop Pascaline
this is very expensive - looks good though
Cooking on the squid and scallop look insane
i think you tried to cut that prawn with the wrong side of the knive
I would ask for a menu with pictures in it. 😅
That looked truly special...I have actually made a list of Michelin restaurants I'd like to try after a good amount of research on many of them and Pierre Gagnaire is in my top 10.
I can see on the website that the larger tasting menu, the 'Menu Esprit', is €390.
The lunch menu however is not as many courses but only €165.
I would be curious if anyone has tried both and how they compare? Or even if they have tried the lunch menu?
I prefer Menu esprit long tasting menu
@@GourmetBGourmet I am sure it is nicer...sadly I do not have as much money as I would like for such lovely dining experiences! But perhaps, if I am willing to wait a bit longer...
@@Bragglordpost the list
4:40 Thats a really nice plate!!!! Nasa inspired!!!!
Audrey, please bring the phantom to the southeast gate, I intend to take sustenance.
Darling let's go to eat to Chef Pierre, don't forget to take your microscope.
J’aime autant me faire une andouillette cuite au feu de bois avec des pommes de terres sautées et un verre de chardonnais à peine frais à la maison…
"dont eat the yellow stuff" ... proceeds to eat the yellow stuff
You're supposed to use the sharp side of the knife to cut your food, not the spine.
yes I know
@@GourmetBGourmet don't worry it happens. Everybody's done it.
I think the server did a horrible job explaining the dishes/bites, I also felt she was rushing you. The food looked beautiful, the service, not so much.
She did explain correctly the courses, but indeed you can feel the rush and lack of joy in the tone of her voice.
maybe she nervous, she is French, English is not her first language
Are they full? I think it will cost a million for me to get full
Very full
There should be an option to order a mcdouble somewhere in between the courses 😂😂😂
3:32 Do these come also in smallest versions???? Hahahhahahaha....
9:40 What are these black sticks?????
2:35 That green thing looks like pigeons shit... hahahahha.....
Sedikit banged makananya, mending beli bakso plus telor abis cmn 30 ribu makannya puaszz
at 6:16 , why is the Knife used wih the dull side ?? doesn't make much sense...
Roland Lanier knife , they are all the rage at the moment . Expensive
because she use it on the wrong side...
@@franckchef8771 it’s the right side it’s the design of the knife
@@dinger658 not at all. The bee is on top when you cut. I have full range of them.
@@franckchef8771 I stand corrected I just looked again you’re spot on
umayyyyyyyy
Everything tastes better on a Balsak
Lol couteau à poisson pour beurrer le pain 😂
11:28 These are more fair amounts...
So with 387 euros you get 21 different productions??? Water wine or tea or cheese napkins bread etc....are included or not??? Cause im afraid these could be another 387euros!!!!
LOLOLOLOL ..... that is my only comment ! , and i actually am a chef that holds a Michelin to my name ! , anyone that thinks this is actually food needs a serious wake up call ! , go throw your money to the poor outside , give them a chance to buy a bun ! LOLOLOLOLOL
Also.....i would feel so bad for the waitress have to explain all this to me...actually she would have to sit next to me cause i would had already forgot the instructions as they seemed to much combined with all tools layed on the table that i had to pay for her another 387euro out of respect.....
I thought this was a restaurant parody at first.
Why did you write 4 comments on 3 different videos by this channel, if fine dining isn’t for you? If you don’t understand something, just move on, instead of making yourself look dumb
@@LMW87MMA You don't exist.
Do you ever not like the food they serve you?
I like the foods they serve me, delicious
And this is just a little amuse-bouche..
Little? Many…..
@@GourmetBGourmet Passion for pleasure, dish after dish.
It seems the knives are not sharp and u struggle cutting things with them.
........and after that you go out and get a double bacon cheesburger and a pepperoni pizza!!!! Hahahahahha....
looks like baby food
A tasting menu is a collection of several dishes in small portions, served by a restaurant as a single meal, so you can try more restaurant signature dishes
I didnt like anything!!!!!!
Yes, but where's the food?
??????
FYI all the chefs and restaurant staff find you really annoying 😂
Bit of a low comment , what’s so annoying ?
why annoying?
@@GourmetBGourmet just because of who you are
