    You put so much effort in your 12 week program. I am sure this wonderful program absolutely necessary for overcome to our OCD, also from stuck to unstuck is first step we should take in our journey .I can just say thank you so much for all your helps for ever.

    And in addition to the comment, what you said about the world is a terrifying place is a believe one gets from certain experienced and it would be a big challenge to flip that script and start operating out of love. But i guess at some point you have no choice if chronic anxiety causes more fysical or mental pain.

    Rejection was always my problem. Im still working on it .so now I see that is related to my anxiety.

    Matt, Love your book and your videos. Can ERP be applied to release fear if it is ONLY thoughts not actual rituals? How do we stop fear from taking us over for hours at a time? Sleep anxiety fear is a current issue for me, for example. Hard to relax when in a fearful state.

    Hi Matt, i am glad that i found you and your channel today. The video,s i watched are interesting. I lived my whole life with severe anxiety( disorder) after intense traumatic experiences where i didn,t had any controle ( i,ve been mostly paralized due to an neuromusculaire disease for many years it was very scary) and it is such an interesting question, does it helps me to be safe. Maybe it is a form of controle, to be hyperalert of not having to experience this again. Always been scared of people out of negative disrespectful narcissstic people and i had to protect myself and still have to. My experience is that being nice leads to people taking advantage of me, disrespect me, so i have to present myself as someone who cannot be played with. But i don,t like to live with this angry bitter attitude. I,m going to watch the rest of your video,s and do some research on the book Letting Go from Dr. Hawkins. Thank you for remembering me not to identify with my thoughts and not fight with unwanted thoughts. Greetings from The Netherlands

    Plzzz reply 🥺 i have ocd and i have so many bad thoughts are running in my mind
    But sometimes i became so much angry and after become angry i said bad words to god loudly instantly after become angry i cant get time to control that thoughts or words because of frustraton plzz tell me is that ocd symptoms or i am bad person plz reply
