    I have been focusing on your content the past week, I absolutely love it. I’m careful about who I take in and I find everything you say so accurate and healthy. Thank you for being a healing part of my day ☺️🧘 This was just the video I needed today.

    Thank you so much for your help! I have had ocd since i was about 7 and i can relate to alot of things you are saying. I feel much better this month and part of it is your videos and then trying out what ur saying in those videos also i have started meditating 30 minutes everyday after i wake up. Its really helped alot and i feel like im just getting better and better. Remembering at the same time that its a direction not a destination.
