This is the last video I watch about, anxiety, ocd, or intrusive thoughts. No more going on reddit and looking things up, no more searvhing “how to..blank” etc. im not doing jack shit anymore. There is nothing to do. You just be. From today moving forward i do not care anymore and i will just live without labeling anything or attatching to them because anxiety is just a lie in my head.

@@drewmack377 yeah it really sucks, im struggling with intrusive thoughts as well and even though my topic may sound stupid from an outsider but to be experiencing the thoughts i’m having is very tormenting and horrible to deal with, but with hope and faith i’ll push through this and laugh about it in the future

I love this concept that you are not the mind; it's something I have been studying recently and I find that it can solve many issues in today's society. What would you suggest for the fear that these automatic thoughts have created for a long time when trying to detach from them?

Question, Do you believe ruminating is a compulsion & therefore a choice? I just can’t let them go.. all day, all night.. can barely sleep. Absolutely breaking down to my knees. Trying my hardest to follow Greenbergs method

I suffer from intrusive images, not thoughts. 1000 RUclips videos later and i honestly cant figure out if im supposed to force myself to look at the image until im okay with it (which would be pure torture, no one can be okay with that) or if im allowed/supposed to skip over it and think of something else?

When you are attached to an intrusive thought or you start to be obsessed with a certain scary thoughts is it normal for the body to react?
