I have been interesting in vegetarian and vegan dietary options for years and years going back and forth on deciding to decrease meat or keeping meat a regular in my diet. After having broken off from being vegetarian for 4 years, bringing meat back into my regular diet has got be addicted.. lol. However, ethically it doesn't align with me to continue eating SO much meat (I mean, if i dont have meat in my meal I feel something lacking and this was not the case before). So I can't even begin to tell you how excited and thankful I was in finding so much meatless Mexican dishes on your channel. Thank you girls! Much love from Dallas, Texas ❤
