There is no reason to believe he killed his appointments. 1 they would have been a paper trail. 2. He was looking for easy targets that would not have been investigated. 3. Killing home buyers would have ruined his image. He needed people like that to vouch for his credibility. 4. Highly likely that most people you speak to in his current or former social circle aren't going to have anything bad to say about him. He was a "well adjusted" killer not some guy who picked off random targets and didn't have each kill planned out.
That is scary. 😳 From my own experience with homelessness, at first that is what keeps you awake in the beginning, the thought that anyone can so easily do something while you're asleep, even with a little pocket knife, but after about the first week passes you no longer fight your sleep. Something switches and you don't think of it as much because you just have to sleep. I'll add also that when you're in that situation, cops are seen no different than the criminals and your sleep is constantly broken, so the threat is always there regardless. There were several panicky moments but I was stunned when a female cop once popped up on a rainy night when we took cover and she started snapping right off as I sat there shocked by her actions and when I thought about it afterwards it could have turned worse had my son been there but thankfully he was still at work, and I even thought about standing up to her because all I saw was a threat not her uniform, and I kick myself for not getting her name and info. I thank God daily that we finally were able to get back into a place, and pray that for all because everyone should have a home where they can feel safer, etc.

Unfortunately, there are more attacks and killings by homeless who are high strung on drugs. At least in LA, we’ve had many killings of unsuspecting innocent ppl walking their dogs 🐕 around their homes all over LA County.

My dad was homeless for a couple months, he’s a good man, not the brightest guy, but he raised me and humbled me, I realized that all these homeless have families and are in a tough situation, their lives are important to somebody whether you believe it or not

Just as people with diabetes who need medication and treatment , people who suffer from substance use disorders need medication and treatment. Doctors do not regulate insulin levels by telling people who suffer from diabetes that there is a serial killer killing them. They do it with medications and treatments.

The man who molested me - my half brother - was always popular for his looks, was the class clown and participated in all sorts of extracurriculars from sports to drama club. Those experiences weigh us down over time and follow us into adulthood. Anyway, I see many of the people who bullied me on social media posting quotes and pictures as if they are these intelligent/have-it-together beings. I like to believe that they've had a dose or several doses of karma somewhere along the way and still have more to come. I also believe that the more "perfect" someone tries to come across online equates to how messed up their lives really are. The reason is because something is not right when you have to "prove" to others how great things are in your life.
