'The trash is to be thrown away' is the formal term for 'the trash is going to be thrown away'. If you don't believe it, you can watch that lesson in one of Arnel's uploaded videos. Just search for be + to + bare infinitive. And you're wrong when you said that it was still the same because they are literally not. Grasp this example for you to further spot my point - 'I feel so happy to see you dancing on the stage.' and 'I feel so happy to have seen you dancing on the stage.' Not the thing you're pointing out, right? I hope you finally got my point.

Apart from your good job for this video, I strongley believe that to acquire a relatively dominance on the Conditionals and mixed ones, there is only one way! ... We must summon our logical minds. On the other hands, it is pretty hard to remmeber all of these details.
Dear Arnel, I need your help: I often hear people use "would" in the if clause, which I think can be used for politeness, but I am dying to know if they are making a mistake in other instances. In other words, except for politeness (if this is really a thing?) are there any other cases where one can use "would" in the if clause?
