Another excellent demonstration of just how good we have it in eating this way after years of starvation diets! Had I known it was this easy and that I would still lose weight and cure a few conditions up too in my twenties maybe I would have been a whole lot happier because I was always hungry, taking diet pills and down on myself...your channel is everything ok! Ty so much!
I am so glad you mentioned to add some healthy fat if you don’t intend to lose weight. So many who went into low fat vegan and didn’t have much weight to lose had health issues then moved to “ why I am no longer a vegan” Healthy fats is needed for those who tend to be in lower BMI.
It looks really GOOD 👍🏻 THANK YOU‼️for putting putting the dressing in the description🙂Personally, I would use lentil pasta. And lower the 🆘 in the dressing. Sugar - use 1T date syrup (All fruit:) 2t Soy sauce OR Use 🍋 + balsamic vinegar or NO 🧂 substitute. Less or no Tahini & 2T PB organic powder.
I made this for lunch and it was delicious (: I added chili flakes for some heat, green bell pepper as it’s all I had on hand, and I swapped out for mung bean noodles. So delicious!! Thank you!
just made the noodle dish... sooooooo goodddddddd. I I cook off the veges slightly but added raw cucumber and scallions.. you were not joking delicious
Hi ❤️ 👋 I'm gonna make this tonight! My first thought was....Yes I can use bagged Cole Slaw and then the red pepper and Cucumber!!! 🤩 Thank you for all you do! ❤️
That looks amazing! After getting away from healthy eating this summer and indulging in way too much ice cream I’m back on track so this couldn’t have come at a better time! So colorful, great portion size, yummy looking sauce. Heck yah I’m gonna make this soon!!!👍 Thanks Tia!❤️
I make same sauce but i add pinch of hot pepper flakes and 1/4 tsp of sesame oil and it fantastic to dip your vegan spring rolls or to top it of like your dish over rice and roasted veggies. I mean the possibilities are endless. Love your inspiring videos and sending you big hug from soggy Florida 😂
Had this for dinner last night …. Omg so yummy! I was worried bc the veggies were cooked but with the warm noodles it was so good! And the sauce! Yum! Can’t wait till lunch time!
Tia, you look gorgeous today…you are obviously getting over your bout of Covid….power of 🌱💕 I know you’ve done some, but can you please consider doing a few more “what I realistically eat in a day”? It’s Spring where I live (Australia) & it’s still beautiful & cool, gorgeous sunny days & I need inspiration 🙏🏻 Thank you in advance 😘
This looks delicious, I do a similar dish with edamame and sweet n sour sauce. I’ve not seen PB powder before, hopefully that is enough protein for a meal.
Your veggie noodles looks amazing! How do you like that Rice? I'm always looking for good options for my clients to try and I haven't seen that brand before!
I'm really enjoying your channel. Something I'm struggling with though is that little voice in my head that's telling me I'm not going to end up sticking with it. And I think largely it's that I tend to get on kicks where I suddenly buy all these fresh veggies and end up not using over half of them and they just go bad. I think it's probably a convenience thing, given that I always sort of feel like I'm on the go. Do you have any tips for making quick food on the go? Also wondering what your feeling is on freezing vegetables after you prep/cut them… Does that get rid of all the nutrients? I just want to make sure I eat the food that I prep so that I'm not wasting it.
Awesome recipe. Made it 3x since you posted. Use high protein pasta, and veggies I have in the fridge. So easy and so good. I love the idea of checking out the pantry to see what I feel like eating. Although I enjoy making new recipes, I end up with so many leftovers and may not feel like eating 2 or more times ( even when I have made only 1/2 of the recipe). This way of eating is less wasteful. Thanks for all your ideas! 👍
This looks delicious. I want to eat this way! My husband would def so it with me but trying to get my kids (6 year olds) to try new flavours is hard. I end up making two meals every dinner time and that's what stops me from enjoying cooking again. Any tips for helping kids to eat this way? I want our family to eat the same meal.
I love your videos!!! Very helpful for a vegan who wants to lose weight. But one thing I notice is your meals are not high in protein. Mainly veggies and some carbs. Is there a reason you don’t add tofu or tempeh and other high protein plant based options often?
Another awesome video Tia. Don't need to lose weight but would still like to try the Thai noodles recipe and find Tia's video's inspirational. Yes, it's weird why red cabbage is called that when it is a purple colour. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕Tia.
Hi - do you have a sub for the Lemon … also what PB2 brand do you use? Oh ya I can’t find your recent recipe with the soba noodles 🍜 can you point me to it. This looks delicious 😋 Thank You 💕
Hi. Try it with no lemon justice, or maybe apple cider vinegar? Are you talking about this recipe? Meals for Maximum Weight Loss - 10 MINUTES OR LESS // Vegan, Plant-Based ✨ Starch Solution ruclips.net/video/Fn_NB8ldwss/видео.html
@@HealthyVeganMama - that one looks yummy - the one I bought stuff for has veg broth mushrooms can’t remember all the other things in it. You showed the recipe like a month ago. 😊🤗 Thank You so much for the help 🥰
The sauce and noodles have plenty of protein, but I don’t micromanage my meals and worry about macros. Too stressful for me. I get plenty of protein for the day, typically between 54-75g per day. As long as you are eating a variety of veggies and starch, plenty of protein
Thanks for watching guys :) hope you enjoy 😉

So happy to mention :) Even if losing weight, fat is still needed in my book, just not overdone. Thanks for watching.

Yum! Add some garbanzo beans or Tofu for protein.

I'm going to start a new job soon and I need some quick, easy, filling healthy vegan lunches. This looks perfect.
It looks so good and I will definitely be making it for myself. X

That sauce looks sooo delicious! Definitely going to have to try your recipe soon😍

Definitely going to make it as soon as I find some of those noodles!
Looks delicious!
I like to use some ground flax and/or prepared hummus to thicken my dressing.
I definitely have to try this ...... yum !
I’m making this for sure!!!
Wow, that legit looks incredibly delicious.
Making it tomorrow. Sounds so good 😛
Hope you enjoy it
Yum that looks delicious! I bet some greens would be awesome in there as well :)
I would love some sauce ideas that are completely free from salt, oil, and sugar. :)
Your veggie noodles looks amazing! How do you like that Rice? I'm always looking for good options for my clients to try and I haven't seen that brand before!
Looks scrumptious!
Love these meals
Amazing. If you ate this at one meal could you share what your other two meals would look like for the day, for weight loss
Looks very good🌟thank you😊
I find that boiling them makes them super sticky lol
I just poor hot water over them in a strainer and it works great for me.

Well high starch is the key for weightloss. Protein isn't something we focus on since it's in literally everything in nature
Great video, Healthy vegan mama! We featured your video on my website this week in our "Concessions" area. Link is in my bio!
So good!

Why can’t they just call it purple cabbage?! Haha
I miss the orange Le Creuset cookware. Is it in timeout?🤣
I think simple is the secret for sure. Minimum effective dose all the way.
Not a tahini fan. I think I can leave it out, huh?? Whatcha think?
Hmmmmm maybe try without it and see if you like 🤷🏻♀️ I’m sure it’s still good 😊
no protein?

How many meals a day do you eat to lose weight as a vegan?
Don’t think we have PB2 powder here in Germany…
Looks delicious. But where is the protein?

❤🎉😊
Filling your stomach with stuff is not satiety. You are always hungry unless you eat saturated fat.
Can't wait to try this!
