I found your channel a week ago. I was feeling depressed, overwhelmed with work, kinda lonely since I moved from my home country and started gaining fat. Now I can't wait for the Ashton Hall routine time, started eating healthier and now I'm feeling much better. It's only been a week but I feel so much better and I kinda feel I'm seeing my belly go down. Thanks, man. You are truly an inspiration.
Hey man, eat clean and start exercising, concentrate on the quality and not for long. Ease into it. Diet is 85% of it! I’m a lot older than the homie in the video and I would give him a run for his money. ;) Consistency is key. Once you get Hooked on the dopamine that your brain releases it’ll make it easier to stay on a regimen.
Ashton I am a Hispanic man, and at the same time, i am an American Citizen here in USA, and of many trainers that i look up here in You Tube, I can say freely that you are one of best trainer that I never seen here in this Channel. And all that variety of routines very excellent and helpful for many men like me. I admire you so much as a person, as a trainer and more. I have 3 discs of my cervical spine herniated so I cannot lift any weights. It is great to find these complete workouts without any weights, just using my own body weight. I could do 3 to 4 advanced series without any pain. Thanks for making these great videos.

I can honestly say you’ve been my inspiration. Here you go,I did it twice. I did not take the two minute break. I did every move 30 seconds. I feel that 30 seconds is much better than 20. However thanks to you. Now we need you to make us a 60 minute workout with weights,calisthenics,40 minutes each exercise and 20 seconds of rest and two minutes of cardio in between. Thank you
