Stauch is accused of killing her stepson, Gannon, and stuffing his body in a suitcase before dumping it under a bridge in Florida.

The fact that she thinks she can STILL convince these detectives of her innocence after hearing them read these web search results back to her face is totally and completely obtuse

I shudder to think how scary she would have been to a child, and that's even without the extreme violence she inflicted.
I’m surprised that no parent or older student has spoken up. I thought that a juror would have stepped forward by now too. This case is the worst. Poor Colorado has some wicked murderers. They seem to move to the state and then act like a fool.

She had every person she talked to running in circles and all the hours she was interviewed disclosed nothing about the whereabouts of Gannon. He was discovered by a bridge inspector and reported to local authorities in Florida who reported to Colorado who reported to FBI. What? don't authorities have anything better to do than to let somebody as atrocious as this habitual liar take up valuable time and resources. Get to work authorities on cases that produce results. This is lazy work on the part of authorities at this point.

She was very narcissistic, and she would often call me and try and argue with me and sometimes she’d just leave me on hold while she talked to others or pretended to be “busy” , I always found that super weird, like why call someone if you’re going to be doing that, now I understand it’s a control thing.
She's going to be 'controlling' a jumpsuit, shackles and a diet of baloney sandwiches and dog-meat for the rest of her days. No more Disney Cruises for Dr Stauch.
The interrogation with Agent Grusing was exhausting and his patience was amazing, Letecia was never going to give up any info since she knew where Gannon was and would never tell him that she threw a suitcase with his remains off a bridge in FL.
I've driven across that bridge many times. I will always think about G when passing through. 😢

I thought the stomach issues were caused by a medication he was taking and supposedly went away on the weekends because he didn’t take the medication on weekends

Absolutely crazy that these Google searches literally lay out the timeline from motive to crime to coverup. If I didn't listen to her speaking and recognize she is a manipulative narcassist, I might actually believe that she was set up (she wasn't). But it's crazy to me she searched all this and still to this day thinks she can get away with killing him.
I also would not believe she was "set" up. She never had a plausible story to begin with.
1. He went out playing and ran away. Then why is he not seen leaving on camera? Why is a lethal amount of blood all over his room?
2. Eguardo SAd her and took Gannon but he's alive. Again, why won't you get a SANE exam, and why is it clear he's dead from the amount of blood.
3. Then Quincy Brown did it but it was out on a road after Gannon crashed his bike
4. Then pregnant woman with cash in her fake pregnant belly held her hostage

@@mad7fisher probably because it’s really hard to get your hair cut a lot of times while you’re in jail. More so than in prison because in prison there are usually prison barbers and stuff. In jail ppl usually aren’t around long enough to set up a hustle like that. But maybe you’re right. I’m just speculating.

Agree, I think she had different plans (fire, pills, taking him out in the car to shoot him & claim abduction/carjacking) but couldn't carry them out. She brought him home and finished the murder off within minutes.

I think I'm just now realizing Leticia must have tried poisoning as the primary method. It certainly would explain the poison related search queries as well as Gannon looking sluggish and sick when he walked to the car. I think she was counting on the position working and panicked when it got out of control and became too much suffering. So she tried a hard blow to the head instead. And when that still didn't fully finalize things she turned to more lethal methods. How awful for this little kid

He is truly an amazing detective... Listening to him is like watching a psychological dance! From the very beginning he quickly created an atmosphere of friendship and intimacy with LS and he always maintains empathetic demeanor towards her which really draws her out. He always gives her choices to giver her an impression of being in control. He's really, really good. Pretty cool!
I would have a hard time being as nice to her like he was, because some of these searches would make me say, really? REALLY?!!! Being unbias is just hard.

When a child goes missing the police should automatically be given full rights to search house and cars of household members, if they had been able to do that Gannon would have been found very early on the day he was murdered or at least the next day.

I agree but I also think it’s a lose lose when you’re somebody like Letecia. The only way they could have more proof is if they had video of the crime. They only way to try and diminish the strength of the evidence is to offer a rational alternative and there’s no way to do that without talking, which a lawyer would never allow. That obviously makes it worse but these narcissists think they can talk their way out of anything.
You know he had to of been screaming and crying but since he was in the basement nobody could hear him (neighbors) you also know that boy fought back and had she not of taken his phone from him then maybe, just maybe, he could’ve called the cops and alerted his daddy to her treatment. As parents we all need to instruct our children that if they are being mistreated to NEVER be scared to contact either their parent or another responsible trusted adult. I've been watching the case closely snd she keeps telling on herself to Al and at one point after he was burnt she said that she could hear Gannon screaming and then he was gone but she trying to spin Al to say that he had ran away. That broke my mamma heart so much.

Had a Stepmom act like she was about us in front of our Dad- Soon as Dad left for out of town work . Whole different story . She would lock us outside house all-day on weekends till bedtime One example. Another game she would play , us being too young too understand. “I’m gonna tell your Dad you all misbehaved and go along with me I want too see his reaction?” If he sticks up for me or you kids? I LOVE how the detective feeds her Narcissism to get more out of her, like by telling her he "understands" how she must have felt doing all the work herself. 😂 You know it had to be hard for him to choke out words like that and remain calm.
I think maybe at first, she gave him hydrocodone. Once he fell asleep, she wrapped him up in a blanket and started the candle fire herself. She had been mentioning to Al that Gannon had a swisher sweets package in his backpack and that he had mentioned bath salts.
I think she was trying to make him look like he was turning to drugs, hoping that between the hydrocodone and fire, he would pass away and she could put all the blame on him.
When that didn’t work out the way she wanted, the next day she finished getting rid of him.
I will NEVER understand how anyone could not like their “stepson” or son or child period. If I’m responsible for a child’s life ko matter the blood relation I’m gonna love and care for that baby like they were my own. I would never let a child feel unloved unwanted or harm them. Smh 🤦♀️

This person, Letecia, is really something! I have never seen or heard of a person like her. The fact she is trying to say she was mentally insane when she murdered Gannon is crazy in itself. She is one evil person! One can only hope the jury can see that she has lied the whole way through and sentence her to either death or life in prison. Her defence attorneys look either bored or half a sleep
